It’s good but it’s slow at times too
Fun game but compatibility is a big issue
This game plays fine on my iPhone but is not compatible on either of my iPads. Gameloft is fully aware that the game won’t play on devices with less than 4gb of RAM according to their support page so why does the App Store still show this game as being compatible with my iPad 9th gen? There are only a few games I like on Arcade and DDV was one of them. So disappointed!

I totally love the game, it’s amazing! But it would be way better and more interesting if we got a basic (free) star path… Building and decorating is a struggle really

Pros and cons of this game!
I really enjoyed this game, it’s fun and great for a Disney fan! I love the story and meeting all the characters, I also really enjoyed the fact that I could design my own furniture and clothing. The only problem with this game is that when my phone has updated several times, the game told me that I couldn’t play the game on my phone anymore. So I would recommend this game and if you enjoy it, don’t update your phone!!

Predatory Marketing
It is impossible to reach 100% completion on platforms where you have to buy the DLCs due to the predatory marketing this game and Disney have chosen to use against players of a children’s game. I will never be purchasing Storybook Vale or likely any of the expansions due to your predatory decision to include greyed out companions and the like from paid DLCs in the base game on any platform at all. If a feature is not available in the game I ALREADY PAID FOR (especially one you’re going to include in our completion percentages), there are zero morally acceptable reasons to include an incomplete-able goal in our lists of items to be collected. This is predatory marketing behavior that has ZERO place in a CHILDREN’S GAME. Shame on you greedy child predators.

Not what I was expecting
I don’t typically play games like this and so far I am absolutely loving it! Very interactive and has me engaged. Enjoying the feeling of nostalgia as well!

This game is a great game! I love how it gives you access to everything however my game is constantly glitching! It is so annoying! I am trying to do the swarm quest on eternity isle but there are no bugs! This is so annoying!

So I decided to play Disney Dreamlight Valley I wanted to complete a quest in honey glow Woods then I changed my mind and decided to go back to Disney Dreamlight Valley then Winnie the Pooh was in every single house🫣 also I tried to escape him in story book Vale but he also appeared. I was like can you stop appearing?! I hope the developers fix this glitch

Glitch….. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this glitch to be fixed I’m told they fix them on Wednesday s…. Well if not fixed by tomorrow I’ll be done. This is to long when my daughters glitch on game system got fixed but not for iPads…. Come on fix it so I can give my gifts and move on.. please?

I love this game however the app crashes way to much , I’m getting kicked off every 5 minutes and none of my progress saves
Fails to connect to cloud
I had the game in Arcade Edition with my Arcade subscription trial. I end up uninstalling it once my subscription expired. However, when I bought a new Apple device, I got another subscription trial. However, when I try to redownload this game to play, it fails to load game saying error #7: connectivity issues failed. What the heck? If this is how the game is going to behave everytime I uninstall and reinstall, then I don’t know if I should keep playing and continue dishing my time into DDLV. That’s the reason behind the 1 star review.
