Update came out a day ago, now Game will not load - I’m on iPad !!! Missing getting daily rewards and collecting coins, etc. please fix and give me what I’ve missed !!! FIFTH time this has happened after an Update, You Can Do Better !!!

Love the game but the adds suck
Have played this for years. Introductions of the adds sucks though and they are so hard to click off of. Also maybe too many special events all the time. * I’m editing this review from 4 star to 2.. I’ve just tried to enjoy playing it on the way to work and honestly the intrusive ads are just ridiculous. You can’t click off and they are so long and stupid. This game has become ridiculous - all about having to buy special items and watch ads. I tedownloaded it a month or so ago for nostalgia but it’s terrible. I loved this game 10 years ago. Shame on you.

April 26/24…..Just did latest update. It works now , fully loads to play. Lost 2 days of daily bonus and access , so won’t unlock final item. Disappointing …..But thanks for everything!!! June 1/24 What’s with the lockout on level win prize for Arendelle. Must be a bug….maybe. Missing the usual graphics also. 👀 September 29/24 Great as usual!!! Latest update still not fully active with everything. A lot of gears still spinning and some animations are just pink blobs. I’ll log in again later. Thanks….:) October 2/24 Hi everyone!! Just letting you know latest update didn’t have any effect on animation bug. Any water effect is just “white” and flag / lamppost, etc. are “ pink blobs”. iPad 5 th generation with latest iPadOS.I can still collect bonuses ok. October 9/24 Just did latest update. !!Fixed animation glitch eg. Water and lights in Arendelle. All is well again. Thanks :) Today..November 6/24 So I did latest update. Daily log in says I missed 4 days..NOT.. I collect daily as my morning ritual..:) Not happy…:( Fix please. Thanks January 31/25…Completed the 31 days of login but bonus item doesn’t unlock. It’s a BUG …please fix. Thank you. Great go to game as always…:) March 10/25….Bonus login calendar shows countdown error ( I took screenshot) the consecutive days tracked for current day in the count is off , has a day reference block separate from actual counted day login. If you get my drift. Thanks as always :) June 13/25.. Bring back the slider when scrolling items to put in place in Arendelle. The way it is now you unintentionally select as your trying to scroll for the certain items to complete challenges..Very annoying 🤨Thank you:) June 22/25 … FYI… So I sent a message ( in game support) regarding in Arendelle and not able to scroll store items to select because the scroll slider on side is missing. Please look into this. Unable to play bonus game because of this issue ( iPad 5th Generation ). Thank you. 🦋
June 25/25. Slider issue fixed with last update..Thank you everyone!!! October 30/25 After update this am Nothing loads in Arendelle. Just cogwheels spinning. Able to collect bonuses ok. Also long loading delay between screens, black screen eventually but sound still played in background. iPad A16. Please fix. Thanks.
Jan.2/26..So everything seems working ok for past concerns. Odd thing , unlocked a new item in game today. Went to look and a number of already owned/ unlocked multiple items are tagged as NEW. Very weird. Glitch in history recognition. Thanks. Happy New Year Everyone!!
March 11/26..Just a mention.. on March 8th, Daylight saving day, the app glitched and the reward calendar lost a day. I login daily. So messed up my ability to complete tasks for final reward at end. 🙁
April 4/26.. Final calendar login for March daily bonus ended ok:) Today NOT LOADING. Server connect issues with initial loading. Map in progress just shows animated marching boots then server connect issues notification. Arendelle progress ok. Other maps ok. Did collect daily bonus ok. Tried restart. Player since Feb.19,2014. Fix please.
April 9/26… THE NEW ITEM DOWNLOADS SCREEN KEEPS COMING UP ( very slow) Never use to during normal load in game play. ???? Odd. Annoying actually. Lol…:)
June 20/26. Sound/music does not stay selected. Arendelle has snow with latest challenge play ??? Not logical. Lol.. Thks.

I don’t mind a reasonable number of ads, developers need to make a living, but recently it’s been impossible to get back into the game. The last time I played the ads ran for longer than the playing time.

I love this game but it will not load to play. I have deleted the app and loaded it again. The game will not load to get to the screen to play. I miss not being able to play this game. 😕
Solid match three game, pop ups galore
So, gameplay is fun and has some variants that play into frozen storytelling pretty well. Design there is good. However, depending on whatever events are going on, you will get 2-7 pop ups to dismiss from menu to actually get to play the game. Wish they had a setting to ignore event notifications or something because it isn’t for me and now I just have a bunch of pop ups to dismiss to get to the game. Ads themselves aren’t too overdone, it is just unclear when they ate triggered (sometimes trigger between level attempts or moving to new level). It succeeds at being still very playable without purchasing things, though a bit more challenging as you will inevitably hit a bottleneck level that will depend a bit on chance. Just prepare for frozen characters to look disappointed whenever you fail a level. Overall, the game itself is fun, but UX choices that are pushing in-game events on me are annoying.

I will momentarily delete this app after playing it for a long time. Sometimes you get the opportunity to get 5 extra moves if you watch 3 ads. I the last week or so I’ve gotten to watch these ads but now you never know if you’re going to get to watch 3 ads or 2. If it stops after 2 ads you get 3 extra moves, but you STILL have to watch ANOTHER ad. Enough already!!

AWESOME GAME
I love this game a lot it’s very relaxing and makes me feel smart when I complete a challenging level i love the sound effects of the breaking crystals i also like all the fun power ups that make the whole thing a lot more satisfying and how the map is endless (it feels like) the reason why I gave this game four stars only is because of the whole “store” thing I would like that to be changed and that we could be able to pay for some major things with gold coins instead of real money cause we can’t spend life lounging and spending money on a video game please fix this so we can easily enjoy the game more (you can keep the big bundles that cost real money but the little things like one ice breaker or a few power ups like snowballs should be able to be bought through the game with game cash and not real money)
