What has happened
I have had this app with absolutely no problems for a good few years now. However, a few days ago I decided to download a further puzzle pack at a cost of 7.99. Since downloading the app, the puzzles refuse to load. After speaking to one of your team, and discovering there was a configuration problem, she has been trying to help me solve it. As a last resort I was advised to uninstall and reinstall which I did. This did not bode well for me because now only the puzzles of the day and the starter pack work. All my other paid for packs just show 0% loaded and will not load. So now I have lost most of my paid for puzzles too. This is an ongoing issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon but it’s not looking good.

Rarely works
App rarely works anymore. Either says I have no Internet connection or none of the puzzle packs will download. I used to pay monthly for this and have just cancelled as it’s a waste of money.
Would love more puzzle sizes
Would love to see the ability to do 500, 750 and even 1000 piece puzzles!
Good app until recent glitch
Great app. Use it daily. No ads which I LOVE. Taking 1 star away only because recently it will not load the puzzle of the day which sucks because I had such a good streak going! Been about 2 weeks since the puzzle of the day was working. Happy to change my rating to five stars if and when this glitch is resolved.

Daily puzzle no longer loads
Loved this app until the daily puzzle just stopped working. No update or fix yet. ☹️
