Good app until recent glitch
Great app. Use it daily. No ads which I LOVE. Taking 1 star away only because recently it will not load the puzzle of the day which sucks because I had such a good streak going! Been about 2 weeks since the puzzle of the day was working. Happy to change my rating to five stars if and when this glitch is resolved.

Daily puzzle no longer loads
Loved this app until the daily puzzle just stopped working. No update or fix yet. ☹️
Terrible App
Had the app for 2 years and occasionally it would glitch(free puzzle not download). Last week it totally crashed and nothing will download…very disappointed.
Email not working
The public game Internet is not working. It’s saying it’s me but it’s not and I tried emailing the company and keeps bouncing back. I enjoyed the game but some reason how you get the daily puzzle and keep saying no Internet connection and I have gotten a new IEP. They did all the testing that they should for it. I even got a new tablet at this point, I think it’s the app.

Free puzzle of the day
The daily free puzzle no longer loads saying no internet connection - although connection is strong. Others says this is a common “glitch” now. What advice?
Won’t load puzzle of the day
I have been using this app since 2017 but for the last month it won’t connect to the Internet to download the daily puzzle. My operating software is up-to-date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It reloaded all of my purchased puzzles but it won’t let me play the puzzle of the day. I tried to send an email to the email support and as it was returned as an unknown email address.

Great app but there is a glitch 😔
I loved playing with that app and solve the daily puzzle but since a couple of weeks I don’t get the new ones.
A message says « check your internet connexion » but it’s on and work with other apps.
I tried to contact the helpdesk a few dans ago but get no answer.

Daily puzzle
Used to love this app. The daily puzzle won’t open. The email address for sparkle games is non existent. My profoundly autistic daughter doesn’t understand and has been melting down for four days!!!! Hoping you still care about your app and will help a mom out.

Not giving access to daily puzzle since update
Disappointing
After a month of doing the free daily puzzle, it stopped working and displays a message that says to “check Wi-Fi connection” when you click on the daily puzzle. Everything else on my device works- so it’s not an issue on the user’s side. I considered doing a membership last week- glad I didn’t! Not about to spend money on something that stops working.

Continuous Lost of Internet Connection
I’ve been playing this puzzle game since 2016, which I really enjoy when it works. But for some reason it regularly loses connection to the internet so I can’t play the daily puzzles. When this happens, I do everything I can to make it work: test my internet connection, try different options of connectivity, make sure the app is updated, hard restart, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Unfortunately nothing works, and with the reinstall I lose all my points and achievements. I still have my purchases, but it is still very annoying when I can play my other apps with full connectivity but this app regularly shows no connection to the internet.

Crashing Help.
All of a sudden my app won’t open. Says need internet connection but I clearly have one! Nice it crashes before it even opens so I can’t use support in the app! Love the app. HELP!
Fun, but buggy
The puzzles are fun and relaxing. And no ads make it worth buying the bundles. But it keeps telling me to check my internet connection when there’s nothing wrong with my internet. I deleted the app and redownloaded it, but that didn’t fix the problem and I lost all my progress. I had 20 prize puzzles that are all gone. It would be nice if there was a way to save those. At least purchases get saved.

Needs Updating
This game offers a great subscription but does not add new puzzles. We were told in the last update that new puzzles would be added in April. We are halfway through May and none were added. Don’t waste your money. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

fraudulent charges
the packages offered for purchase do not show which puzzles are included and advertised packages in certain categories do not include the puzzles shown despite eluding to all puzzles per category being included, its fraudulent under FTC guidelines and deceitful advertising so be mindful when giving money to this app.

Great app
I’ve had this app for over 10 years. My oldest daughter first started playing now my two youngest still enjoy it. Simple fun and interactive. Definitely worth it.
Has potential to be a favorite
Update: What a tease! You updated the game without adding any puzzles. Not really worth having the subscription if nothing new will be added.
I like the ability to purchase a subscription so I can have access to all of the puzzles. Customer service was a great help when I was having trouble accessing the puzzles. However, since the subscription feature started, new puzzles have only been added once. I reached out about that and getting the “free holiday” puzzle pack fixed and have not heard back from anyone.

That is not right
I just got this app because I like Disney but I was wondering why there was only a couple of puzzles then I figured it out you have to pay for this when it said it was free like I really wanted to do the phineas and ferb puzzle but it cost.😾😾😾
