I bought all these Disney iMessage sticker packs, and they no longer show up in my list of stickers to use. What gives?

Stopped working

The app stopped working I contacted apple and they told me to contact Disney I contact Disney they tell me to contact apple it was basically a runaround and when I asked for a refund, I just kept getting hung up and disconnected.
