the worst dispatch program ever!

Plagued with glitches, quirky functions, and crashes are common. The app is designed by computer people, with little regard to what actual service techs need or prefer. Customer support is nonexistent, and the system will just shut down at will, with absolutely no functionality. Basically, you can’t rely on Dispatch manger, it will just shut down and there’s nothing you can do.

Terrible app

Logs you out constantly multiple glitches this app crashes way to much

Screen Orientation

Hello, I started using this app around 1 year now, because my customer’s service requests come in through this platform. I’ve been seeing improvements through this year which tells me the staff is open for feedback.
I would like to recommend to revise the screen orientation configuration. We have to use this app to introduce the estimating data while visiting the homes. This data contains a lot of symbols which make it easier if we could use a physical keyboard on site, but I have not been able to write with my Ipad’s portable keyboard because of this limitation.

You will be making the life of all estimator using this app way much easier!

Please add 3 second timer

I accidentally keep pressing the " i'm on my way" message ( button ) which is immediately sent to the client. i was wondering if you could add a 3-5 second timer which will allow for the message to be cancelled before it reaches the client.

Absolutely terrible

This app is so extremely glitchy. Do you need absolutely perfect service and plenty of time. Forget to upload any pictures. This app makes doing jobs extremely difficult because the amount of time it takes to use it. Absolutely terrible.

Extremely Unreliable and Unprofessional Service

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Dispatch Technologies, Inc. I scheduled a Zoom meeting with one of their representatives for Tuesday at 10:00 am. However, to my dismay, on the previous Friday, I received a last-minute email notifying me that the meeting had been rescheduled for Wednesday at 10:00 am.

Despite adjusting my schedule to accommodate the change, the representative failed to initiate the meeting. When I reached out to inquire about the delay, they had the audacity to inform me that I had missed the meeting time. It was utterly unprofessional and displayed a complete lack of respect for my time.

The rescheduling of the meeting without proper notice was already an inconvenience, but the representative's failure to start the meeting without any valid reason or apology is inexcusable. As a customer, I expect punctuality and reliability from a company I choose to engage with, and Dispatch Technologies, Inc. clearly fell short on both counts.

Furthermore, their lack of accountability and failure to take responsibility for their actions only added to my frustration. The representative should have taken the initiative to rectify the situation or at least apologize for the inconvenience caused, but instead, they shifted the blame onto me.

This incident reflects poorly on the company's overall professionalism and customer service. I had hoped to discuss important matters during that meeting, but instead, I wasted valuable time and was left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dispatch Technologies, Inc. to anyone seeking reliable and professional services. Their inability to adhere to schedules and their lack of communication and accountability make them an unreliable choice. I would strongly advise potential customers to seek alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism.

I’ve used this app for years

As a service tech with much to do the simplicity is why i like this app

Loading is relative to area. If I had trouble I would drive 10 mins and be fine.

I can upload pics, my notes put my labels and close it out.

App is not great

My company makes me use this app and it is sub par. I’m currently only getting a spinning wheel for loading and can’t access my appointments. I can’t even do my job if I can’t access appointments considering I’m dispatched from home. I literally have no clue what to do. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still nothing.

Not useful, very buggy

This claims management system creates more problems than it solves.

Takes FOREVER to load

You better have plenty of time and plenty of bars for this application to work properly. Photos take FOREVER to upload if you have less than two bars of service. Most the time the app looses the photos because of poor performance. It makes NO sense to me why the user cannot have the option of choosing “NO!!!....JUST UPLOAD THE PHOTO!!!!”, instead of “cancel” (if I didn’t want to upload a photo to begin why would I cancel the upload!!!) or “ok” (just accept it’s not going to upload.?) to the app loosing photos or not uploading them. Pathetic!!! Moreover, just upload the photo no matter how long it takes or how many bars that I have. An application shouldn’t have the characteristics of the humans that made it...which is, just give up and stop.
-Entering notes can be the same outcome.
-Tasks just up and disappear for no reason.
-Application will also say that it’s taking to long to load and kick itself off to where application has to be restarted.

Not so good

Works when it wants to , i can never post pictures for my jobs half the time and i log out to refresh and it does not send me a verification code to my phone number

Cheep and poor

My company use it last year
I have to reset my sell phone every day to keep it working and reinstall probably ones at week .
My boss looking for another now

Just needs more IT support

Calling from the app takes longer.
nice how you can choice apple or google for maps
Notifcation is a nice feature but won’t see it on you’re side on messenger.
Wish it had a way to block or hide you’re phone’s number clients call you back instead of calling the office.
Uploading photos to ticket is my main complaint if you take it with the app and it doesn’t upload it’s gone better to upload from library 9/10 it will fail unless you stay on the app and have really good signal.

Good, except..

Definitely a great tool for the work I do. Boss picked the app not me but still a good tool. Only complaint I have is that my work would be much easier if it was written to support Apple car play. I do a lot of driving in my field and being able to pull up jobs or call/get directions directly from my screen would make life much easier and simpler. Please consider developers!

Nope!

Who has time to keep deleting and installing this same app? I’m a technician as well as business owner and this app has failed way too many times. The warranty companies use this which mean we have to wish another company has a system similar but it’s dependable.

Can not upload photos

After updating yesterday, I could not upload photos in jobs.
I tried to do reset. I tried to delete app and download back. Still same issue

Has Gotten better but not good yet

Unless you have perfect service the photos are not gonna upload.

They had a feature that allows you to save information offline to your phone, then when you get service again it will automatically upload.

Everything besides that is great.

Bad for the people in the field

This app crashes a lot and you can’t take pictures at most jobs or notes freezes. Step above Moris Code. Don’t trust the map either it will leave for dead.

Portrait or Landscape

I would be helpful if the App would work on an iPad in landscape mode or which ever way you turned the iPad. It makes it nice to use a keyboard for an iPad but most cases require the iPad to be in landscape mode.
