Dispatchee is the companion app for teams already using the Dispatchee multi-tenant CRM. It keeps field and office in sync with automatic dispatch, location-aware status, VoIP calling, and instant chat notifications. Built for the field Automatic dispatch: Get the right job at the right time. Smart status updates: “On the way”, “Arrived”, and “On site” can update based on your location (with consent). Live ETA context: Share precise location to improve routing and reduce back-and-forth. VoIP calling: Receive and place work calls from your business number—right on your iPhone. Chat & mentions: Real-time notifications so you never miss an update. Works for every role Whether you’re in the field, dispatch, or management, Dispatchee helps you see what’s happening now—assignments, statuses, and conversations—in one place. Privacy & control Dispatchee uses location only to power dispatch and status features. You choose your sharing settings, and you can pause location anytime. Notifications and microphone access are used for alerts and VoIP calling. Requirements An existing Dispatchee account provided by your company. Location Services and Notifications recommended. VoIP works over Wi-Fi or cellular. New sign-ups are not available in the app.
