Terrible
It’s terrible being a partner with honk. they will , send you a call on interstate where you need a permit , and pin the address to the closest side road that’s off the higway trying to get people to accept the call….. clearly it’s not legal . they will trick you every chance they get, the calls are always messed up somehow . also lowest payouts in the industry . 40 miles one way for 50$ service call. their app is garbage . it could be way better and easier to use. but clearly they want it to be as difficult as possible . Hope someone buys this company or they close . terrible app terrible business model

Communication and interfering
Bad communication between jobs and customers and service providers by people calling from another country’s to make a job for towing companies in United States and they have no idea of vehicles in U.S. and honk or any other motor clubs called shouldn’t be in between customers and companies.

A company that does everything to AVOID PAYING IT'S PARTNERS
My experience with HONK has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a contracted service provider, I have fulfilled every requirement and policy they expect—arriving on time, providing proof, and following the correct procedures. Despite this, HONK repeatedly denies legitimate payments and makes the process intentionally difficult.
This appears to be a pattern with HONK—making excuses, rejecting valid claims, and doing everything possible to avoid paying providers for work that was legitimately performed. For a company that relies entirely on service providers to operate, their approach to payments and support is unacceptable. Their system errors prevent providers from submitting wait-time requests, and rather than correcting the issue, HONK simply denies payment.
HONK needs to address these ongoing problems, improve their transparency, and start treating their partners fairly. Until then, I cannot recommend them to any service provider who expects to be paid accurately and on time.
