Unprofessional environment stay away
I am writing this to warn other drivers about Dispatchland's completely unprofessional practices regarding load assignments. Once a load is assigned to a driver, that should be a binding contract. Instead, their dispatchers and partners constantly change their minds and cancel fully assigned loads just because they find another driver willing to do it for a cheaper rate.They need strict oversight and control. If they want to look for a cheaper offer, they need to do that before they assign the load to a driver. Canceling on a driver after assignment wastes our time, ruins our scheduling, and shows a complete lack of business ethics. Drivers beware: an "assigned" load on this platform does not mean it is guaranteed.

Ways to make the app more useful
1- Upload all the listings that are close by , we get only a few and we can send only a few offers , if offers get expired anyway why are we limited to send more offers if once we get approval from one everything else disappeared.
2- the app shows both long ,short and both but even selecting specific trip , it uploads any kind of trip.
Please make selection an important option
3- auctions should have a baseline offers a minimum price and a maximum price offer.
4- auctions should be live every bit should show how many people are applying and the price at which they offer. Why because I won’t send and offer that someone else is lowballing offer . Why waste my time when I know that person will probably get the load.
The app should be more auction based

Es la peor app de transporte que existe. deberían
Deberían poner un rango de millas verdaderas o opcional para el chofer. No poner cargas a 400 600 millas de mi localización. Igual cuando ponga estaré disponible mañana no notificarme las cargas que salen hoy. Así funcionan las demás app que tengo con otras compañías

At this point we are in deep regret for signing up this company. All the care about is you delivering their load and after that one talk to you or care about anything or challenges. We haven’t been paid for more than three weeks now since we delivered more than 11 loads.

The worst thing about transportation
This is the worst app. They provide absolutely no support, and in the end, they hide behind the thousands of companies they granted access to—most, if not all, of which operate outside the U.S. These companies engage in "double brokering," which is illegal, yet the app developers always claim to know nothing about it. They grant access to scammers and then act completely clueless.

You know, I think the app isn't working because it doesn't show me the offer amount on any of the charges, and I can't see the notifications I receive. It just tells me I have an offer, but it doesn't do anything.

This app is very bad, and the people working on it are unprofessional. They don’t respond to messages, and there are always delays in payment

Once your mc is over 3 months old cut them off. Go on load board and get ur own load
Auction is down
Auction is down for two month. It might be intentional. Hope that that I am wrong. Usually it takes significantly less time to build new app. Shame.
All 48 companies under this app are a joke
Payments are never on time , it’s a joke. U better off using TQL for a cheap load at least you are getting paid instantly. After your mc hits 90 days, cut them out, and get your own load on Truckstop or DAT one. If this company file bankruptcy you will never get your money so don’t invest too much of your money in them. Use them only when ur stuck somewhere

The auction button does not work for more than two months. Shouldn’t take that long to fix the damn thing.
Shameless companies
While other companies can pay within 3 days, these Dispatchland companies can’t pay for a month. Drivers need money fast after delivery for running the business and paying bills. Now everything is stuck. Totally no recommend for those companies Starting with Carolina logistics, Ontrack , Delta Express, etc. all companies are shameless and disgusting

The companies work with this app seized drivers money for months. Don’t try it if you care about payment on time.
Action doesn’t work
When they added all the other companies it won’t let me bid on loads :::: also companies are not paying takes almost 30 days to get paid
Companies don’t pay
I used Dispatchland to find expedite loads, but unfortunately every company I worked with through this app failed to pay on time.
Contracts clearly stated payment terms (5 business days), PODs were submitted properly, but it’s been months and still no money. Accounting departments of each company is impossible to reach.
