Garbage Functionality
Update after update cause the app to freeze up. Does not automatically update from Apple Store. Just ridiculous. Customer service??? Good luck…. They obviously don’t read the complaint email and go from script. Lost valuable information from the field app freezing up and not syncing with the main system. Their customer service basically told me it was our fault for not logging off at night. We don’t give our techs the login information for good damn reason. We’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars to integrate this garbage system with our inventory management systems. Save your money…..FieldAware was a much better field application…

When taking photos, the “title” window pops up to add a caption to your photo, but closes out before you can even react and doesn’t even save your photo. The only way to save a photo is to click submit fast enough but you can’t enter a caption

The app’s functionality has changed and no longer operates as it previously did. I now have to manually update it each time I take photos or perform other actions. Additionally, when capturing photos, the app takes longer to save and momentarily freezes, which is inconvenient.

Because of my job, I don’t have a choice to use this app. That being said this App never wants to log out and because of that, it does not upload all of your data that you have accumulated throughout your workday, such as pictures and notes. The app refuses to allow me to log out and thus I have to delete the app and to get it to work, but in doing so, you lose all of your local data that has not yet been uploaded. It’s very obvious that the developer does not ever intend to fix this because there are reviews dating back a very long time to speak of the issue….

It takes a while to load the main screen
Every time I’m using the app sometimes it logged me out when my there’s some adjustments in the route but it doesn’t let me log back in I have to uninstall the app and install it again
Junk app
I have no choice but to use this for work and it works when it wants to. Don’t delete the app when it doesn’t want to log out or else you will 100% lose data that has not yet uploaded. 0/5 stars, absolute junk.
