I have a problem

This app will not let me connect to my account with my cases on it. There’s no update for it saying it’s currently up-to-date but why is that not working? I can login but I cannot upload the documentation that I need. This is a big problem I would like to be contacted or to be resolved because this is the only way I can use the app. I can’t go online either so I gave a call to the people and now I’m giving your review and needs to be fixed.

Pointless - app helps with nothing, go to in person

The app is not the direct caseworkers in the building so I feel like we give our info out unsafely and I don’t like it

This app makes things easier without having to wait on a very long phone line hold. You get important matters done in an efficient manner directly to the problem. Great app!
