I appreciate the District Direct and thoughtful inventors of this service. It’s not always easy to get to the offices when you’re disabled and unemployable due to past non compliant corporations not being accountable for unsafe work environments. I am permanently injured physically and mentally from past work experiences over worked with no lasting health benefits or compensation. Due to the government not holding them responsible and want us to get on food stamps and Medicaid. Thanks for the convenience and support on this app. I appreciate the compassion and understanding.

My account has been closed due to improper mailing and on top of that frustrating situation my account was closed and now that I’ve did my part I still haven’t received anything from the direct team telling me what to do next
I have a problem
This app will not let me connect to my account with my cases on it. There’s no update for it saying it’s currently up-to-date but why is that not working? I can login but I cannot upload the documentation that I need. This is a big problem I would like to be contacted or to be resolved because this is the only way I can use the app. I can’t go online either so I gave a call to the people and now I’m giving your review and needs to be fixed.

This app makes things easier without having to wait on a very long phone line hold. You get important matters done in an efficient manner directly to the problem. Great app!

Misleading messages
All of your messages dont correspond to anyone i talk to on the phone. Very frustrating.
IT department who doesn’t read
I’ve been trying to get the same issue fixed for over a week. And IT is obviously not reading the tech-support tickets that are being sent. I’ve put in two IT tickets. I’ve called multiple times I’ve even had a customer service representative try to label my tech-support tickets as urgent and that they need to read them all the way through they’re not so at this point I can’t even get into my account to get rid of section on my food stamps and it’s been over a week. I haven’t had access to food for over a week. thank you reading is fundamental and the problem could’ve been fixed. I’ve been trying to log in on the app for days and it won’t let me. It says something about my password. When I try to log in using a web browser it works fine. This app needs to be updated and the bugs fixed.

Garbage
This app is garbage. It regularly shuts down and doesn’t load. It’s constantly crashing or losing my login information.
Not an improvement
They said it is more effective and efficient however, I see quite the opposite. They don’t respond and timely manner when you call they tell you to refer to online portal however the online portal is not updated when you call them. Some of them are sassy and rude, belittling and condescending.
Confusing questions
I had to look up the citizenship question — derivation what? I hold a passport and was born in the US to American parents. Your questions don’t align. I’m liberal but even these questions and biased at best.
