Ordering online can be difficult because the app doesn’t remember you from the last time and has you going into your email to verify before you can place a mobile order. Annoying

Your app is broke.
It won’t let me redeem points for an order while the items are in the cart and the discount is selected.

I don’t understand why the app is requiring me to login using email every time and prior versions have had trouble remembering past orders or my login. I order despite the terrible app because the food is so good. Please make it user friendly!!!

Decent app except you cannot say light or extra on the ingredients like you can with chipotle and QDOBA. Also don’t like that they took away their salsa bar.
Keeps forgetting options
Every time the app updates it loses my info. The asap delivery has a silly time error when it says it can’t deliver within a time range it selected, easier to order via DoorDash

Tried ordering online today. I was asked to login again. App treated login as a new account. Once i managed to login, all my data (past orders, cards, 10k+ reward points) are gone.

It’s been broken for over two weeks. Can’t order a nachos because there’s a option for queso that’s not available in the app. I can go in the store and I can give an option for the queso, but the app won’t let me add the order entry to my cart because it requires the queso option to be set. But it doesn’t present one. I’ve shown the store. I’ve emailed an issue and they closed my case. Screw the app and order in the store.

District taco has excellent food and I really appreciate that they have their own functional app so I don’t have to buy through DoorDash or GrubHub or something like that with all of their stupid fees.

I always enjoy this restaurant and come regularly. The food is excellent and the team is very kind and welcoming. A terrific environment for a simple quick meal.
Needs Improvement
The app will not let you add extra protein like the kiosk in the store and the special instructions are limited to just around 20 characters.
