Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. I spent an hour on chat trying to do something as simple as update an email so I can access my account. The person was clearly dealing with multiple people as they took five minutes to respond to each message and could not offer anything more than stock responses that had nothing to do with my request. When I requested that they instead close the account and delete my data they closed the chat without responding. Seriously, avoid this company at all costs. They’re great at taking your money but then you’re pretty much screwed if anything goes wrong.

So far this product is great easy to maneuver reasonably priced lots of options.
Songs processing issue
It’s really disappointing and dissatisfying how difficult is to be able to get in touch with Distrokid when you run into an issue such as a scheduled song not releasing until months after it’s due date. I got an audience waiting for more music and i got even more tracks to release which i have not been able to do because i can’t get in touch with anyone regarding this.

It’s OK but you have to put the YouTube music channel ID if we could just go back to the old way and used to do it and go to YouTube Music and put the YouTube Music code in that would be great

Their product is great until you have any issue at all. Seriously, their customer service is non-existent. You cannot get anything done at all.

For many years, I have written hundreds of songs but had no idea what to do with them. Thank goodness I found DistroKid so I could get my music out to the world.
Great Service for Independent Artists
DistroKid has made releasing music fast and straightforward. Uploading, distribution, and managing releases have all worked exactly as expected. The only issue I encountered was receiving my Spotify for Artists verification code, which took a little extra effort to sort out. Other than that, the service has been reliable, easy to use, and a great value. Highly recommended.

So far so good. The only thing, I hate about this app is you don’t any info / stats. On the first plan. Not even how many times ur song has been played. You need upgrade to see that. With the exchange rate the prices are a lot.
