App Double Charges you
I bought a very expensive order because I needed some new clothes. Like over $400. I bought through the app, and when I went to purchase, the app glitched and it said that there was an error the purchase didn’t go through. I went and looked at the order history and everything to make sure it didn’t go through because I didn’t want to get double charged. I restarted the app and even checked again, just in case. So I did the purchase again and it went through the second time. I reviewed my clothes and was very disappointed. Only one thing fit correctly. I was just going to take the loss because I am disabled and it would be really difficult for me to return it. Then I was surprised to see that I received the same order again! And to my horror, they double charged me! I can’t afford $800. I called to return the order and was given an order number. Plus it wouldn’t even let me return things like earrings, even though I never even opened that package. But I had no box to return the packages in. So I had to wait until I got one, and then I got an email that the shipping label had expired, and by that time, I couldn’t find the order numbers one the app that I needed to return and it’s too late for a refund. Now I’m out an extra $400 and have two bags of clothes I can’t wear due to their awful app.

Buggy app
This app used to be a convenient way to browse clothes on my phone. Now I can’t even log in to save all my favorites or access my past ones, nor look at my order history and account info. When I try to log in, it just puts me in a white screen and crashes. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading and nothing works. Sucks :/
