We've been working hard to make our Lush app even better! This update includes important bug fixes and significant improvements to loading speeds for a smoother, more enjoyable experience. Fixed events sometimes showing no location when a store hadn't been set as your default. Fixed a crash when navigating around your Wishlists. Fixed a crash when unlocking a new Rewards level.

I love the soaps, shower gels, lip balms and fragrances. The whole family is addicted to karma in all forms. The seasonal special items are always amazing too! And the best part is that it is all conscientiously made and shipped. Thanks Lush!

Horrid app!

Love the products, hate the app! Dead ends, glitches, points not added, and “server error” messages are the norm. Get it together, Lush! I want to spend more money but you make it very annoying to do so.

Bad App

I only downloaded the app because the site said the item I wanted was item exclusive. Not only does the app not show the item I want even when searching but I can’t even view their normal catalog of items.

Just doesn’t work for me

I cannot get a QR code when I need it. For days I am trying to place the order. Doesn’t work and I have to order through Uber Eats. If you want people to use the app - please, test it before release.
