I absolutely love Lush. The ingredients are so fresh and do not irritate like other bath bombs, for those of us, whose bodies are more sensitive. The smells are all so good. I can take a bath and not use any perfume and get compliments all day long about how good I smell.

My honest opinion
My sister and I were at the BayPlaza mall and we saw Lush for the first time. We decided to go in there and we were amazed how gorgeous everything was organized. The employee that was assisting me was so kind she was so sweet towards everyone and she greeted everyone when they walked in. I absolutely LOVE THEIR SCENTS, I told myself I wouldn’t buy anything but I found this amazing body mist it was lychee scented and I purchased it😜. I also purchased shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner because lowkeyyy my hair is damaged 😐, anyways when I arrived home I used the products and the day after I washed my hair I saw a bit of improvements and hopefully if I’m consistent with these products I might see better results within my hair. Hopefully next time I’m at Bay Plaza mall, I’ll head to Lush and buy bath bombs, because omg their bathbombs are so FREAKING CUTE especially the minion one I saw🫧🥹. Overall, I 🩷 LUSH AND NO IM NOT SUGAR COATING, I’m actually being serious because I’m so fed up with these cancer causing products with hella chemicals from other brands, no shade..👀.

I swear this app purposely won’t load while in the lush store. Points are only earned through the app :( QR code never works for me
PLS ADD FEATURE TO REDEEM POINTS FROM RECEIPT
I understand the point system is relatively new, but it is soooo disappointing to spend a bunch of money in store only to not get points for it. Every other stores point system allows you to upload a receipt for points, or at the very least customer service is willing to help. Here they recommend you just go back to the store, return everything and repurchase. I will just return period at that point. Shocking that a company of this size and nature has this one major down fall. :-/

I wish there was a way to be only signed up for new product launch emails.
No matter what you set your “email preferences” to, you’ll still receive a marketing email everyday with no new products in it.
Changing the “communication preferences” to doesn’t seem to have any effect.

Can you fix it already
Laggy, horrible, tells me they won’t accept my card in Apple Pay, manually add the card details and it works. Such a stuff around tho. For a known company it’s the worst
Not at good as the old one
The old app was so easy and great to use. It fit the lush aesthetic so well. This one seems like it was made by a 3rd party- it’s so clanky and doesn’t even work better. I feel like I’m seeing ads of all the products instead of the old app where it showed the ingredients and products story. Also, half the stores have no internet inside then they want the app QR code for your points. They have no store wifi and no way of just looking up your email/phone number. Bad system. Feels like going backwards.
