1st app to ever work 4 me

This app has been successful in keeping me using it for 6 days in a row. I’ve tried SO MANY other apps. Nothing has stuck. Idk what they are doing exactly to keep me engaged, but I’m all for it. Keep it up! Will be subscribing after my trial is up. Def worth the money, which isn’t a lot compared to others.

Hey t@mmyk! Six days in a row might be the best thing I read all week. Makes me super happy hearing that this app has made a difference :D. Hearing it's holding your attention actually means the world. And appreciate you saying that about the price too :) We've got a bunch of new stuff on the way, so it only gets better from here. Any thoughts at all, you know where to find me: hello@getdiverge.com. Cheers! - Kyle

Voice brain dump is sooo helpful if ur constantly on the go

I've tried a lot of different productivity apps and planners but always end up falling off after short-term use because everything jumbles up and I get demotivated to keep writing things down. The voice brain dump helps me a lot with this when I'm overwhelmed. I can just say everything I need to do while I'm on the go and have it organized for me, then check things off as the day progresses. On the days I'm really having trouble focusing, the energy system is also really useful for getting through tasks based on how I'm actually feeling. So grateful for this app! :)

Hey melonbawlls! Thanks for writing this up, means a lot. The "falling off after a couple of weeks" problem is exactly what I kept hitting myself, which is basically why the voice braindump exists. Just getting it all out of your head without having to sit down and type. And really happy the energy system's clicking for you on the harder days. That one was personal, the whole point was to work with how you're actually feeling rather than pretend every day looks the same. There is a bit more coming soon too. If anything comes to mind on how you'd like the app improved, ping us a message at hello@getdiverge.com :) Cheers for the support! - Kyle

Doesn’t work at all

Edit: it’s also a scam. I tried to skip the initial brain dump, and it only moved me forward to a 50% off of a subscription, 2 week trial. There is no way out of this page. It’s also extraordinarily expensive, so predatory to neurodivergent and/or disabled people. Going through with the trial was the only way to use the app, so it can charge your card. I don’t see this app going very well once people see and experience all this

It told me my 1700 character brain dump was just a “journaling session” or “gibberish”. Literally every sentence had to do with everything I need to do, habits I need to start, things I need to remember. I’m not going to try and type all that stuff again in the off chance it still doesn’t understand. I’m generally against AI, but with the severity of my ADHD, I compromised my values because of desperation, basically. It’s not telling me anything, or stealing any art, or doing mental health counseling, so beyond the environmental concern, I didn’t see anything immoral about something organizing my thoughts into a way to actually function. It doesn’t even work, so why would I destroy the environment for something completely unhelpful and broken?

Hi there, Diverge reads what you write and pulls out the to-dos - but it won't fabricate tasks from a braindump without actionables. Nothing is lost however; every word is saved to your braindump history. I do see how an empty task screen didn't match what you expected. So the latest update adds something for exactly that moment: Diverge now offers to find a few small, doable steps for a dump with no clear action, if you want them. On cost: it's a free trial; you're not charged while you try the app, and you can cancel anytime before it ends, so you're never billed for something you didn’t want. Nothing's hidden, and nothing locks you in. Thanks Kyle
