Wow this is the best you can do
I downloaded and just started using and it is astounding to me in 2026 this is the best app the developers could come up with. No help/faq section. You submit a claim and then it’s like you never did it. You should be able to see what you submitted and it’s status - ie pending, processing- something. Diversified you paid a team to create this???

Almost useless
Flawed and frustrating in multiple areas. Sometimes when you submit a claim, it gives you a notification that it was submitted successfully, but then it never ends up showing up and DBS will say you never submitted anything. You can’t see claims that were submitted, but pending initial review. Often a claim will falsely say there is no date of service. The problem is that when a claim has an issue there is no way you can tell which claim has a problem. It will list the date as
1/1/1900 and then value as $00.01, however, any claim with an issue gets permanently listed as a flagged problem and that unidentifiable flag will never go away, but as I said, you can’t tell which claim, or if it is a new issue or not. This company and app are horrible.

Evidence upload issues
This app would be great except you can’t upload anything but photos, which is not helpful when all EOBs are in PDF form
Not working
Lets me take a picture but not letting me submit a claim. It takes me to a white page that is blank besides a back button and the words submit a claim
October 2024 update is unusable
The previous version of the app was clunky, but it worked. The new version pushed to my iPhone in October 2024 does not allow you submit a claim. The app either logs you out after submitting a picture of your statement, or it takes you to an empty submit claim page after your pictures have been uploaded. This app was obviously designed by people who don’t use it, and it was pushed to production by people who didn’t test it. Please rollback to your previous version ASAP. The new version might have a slightly better UX, but it is little more than vaporware. As someone who relies on this app, this is unacceptable. Please remove this version from the App Store immediately.

Logs me out for no reason, password has to be manually entered every time. Awful user experience!!!!
Barely Useful
Complete waste of time for anything other than submitting a simple claim.
New updates = full functionality
The updated version of this app is what I’ve been waiting for! I can view my balances on each plan, I can see why a claim is denied, I can see if my debit card is active - this gives full functionality and visibility of my plans! So excited!
Recent updates are fabulous!
The new updates to the app are wonderful. I really like that I can view all of my plans and their balances on the app now. The debit card statuses are also a bonus! I always wonder if there is anything holding up my card and with the new update I can see if my card is on hold and if they need documents.

An update - finally!
Thanks diversified for actually listening to your customers and providing an app that does what it is meant to do! I can check my balance, status of my benefits card and see what documents they need. No more setting up accounts on a browser and no more living in wonder if my card is working or not.
Terrible file interface
Same as the other review. Will not let me upload files or any other pictures to the app. Worthless.
Long overdue for an update
This app won’t even allow me to upload or take a photo to submit a claim. I was also told I could use this app to submit debit card substantiation but that’s not an option in the app. This app says it was last updated 3 years ago. I’d say it’s definitely due for an update.
No file flexibility
Wow. This was a really bad app in terms of uploading a file for a claim. It wouldn’t accept PDFs or allow me to browse to the location of my file, a jpg. I did see that it required you to select exactly which files to share in the settings on my phone, but once in the app I only got a white screen. The only way I was able to submit, was to take another picture of the document through the app. Fine. But my other document was an email, not a jpg. Sigh. So I either have to print out the email on my printer and take a picture of it through their app to upload (really, dbs?), or take a picture of the email displayed on my iPad with my phone, which I did. I hope they accept it. How stupid! Once the files were uploaded, all else was easy. But, just...wow. Didn’t anyone test this before release?

Agree it’s crummy
This doesn’t do anything. Uploaded proof for claim and no record of it. Can’t delete fast enough.

Can’t get past log-in. Same problem as reviewer 2!years ago. Absolutely zero “help” options on log-in page for issues.
Basic
It’s pretty bare bones, but it works fine for uploading receipts and EOBS. What else do I need it for, I guess.
Useless
Minimal functionality. You can't even access the details of what you entered let alone the scanned image.
Worthless App
Don’t waste your time. No options once a photo of a claim is uploaded. Leads to a rejection based on no selection.
