Lost Feature
Where did the option to transfer funds to “another member” go?????
They make it so difficult to pay your bill… It’s almost laughable.
I’ve been a member for a little over 2 months now, and I have been extremely disappointed in this whole process. It’s almost next to impossible to make a payment on my account , unless you wanta pay an extra 12 and sit on hold for 20 minutes. Smh. On the main screen I’m logged in, but when you click on the next screen, it wants you to re enter everything again, (as if I wasn’t logged in already) makes sense. lol. and of course it says account not found. lol. Who the hell made this dumb app?

Face recognition
Face recognition works when it feels like it lately. In the past I could power it down and turn back on then it would function correctly but now it works when it feels like it.
Great easy to use app
For years DMCU did not have an app and I had to go to their website in safari browser to log in. Now with the app it is much easier to do my mobile banking. Can check balance. Can transfer money between checking and savings. Can deposit a check into your account using the app as well. Thanks, DMCU!

Very slick. Apply and sign for a loan through an app is awesome. I have a teller and loan office in my phone - love it!

This app is extremely user friendly. I love that it gives me the ability to take my credit union with me wherever I go.

Overhaul Needed
Looks at utilizing Bankjoy or another vendor for your app design. This is pitiful! Basics are there, but aesthetically displeasing, difficult to navigate, and all around poorly designed. Especially for a Detroit based CU, I’d think someone like Bankjoy would be a great fit.
Needs improvement
Good app, but needs improvement. I like the way the Chase banking app operates and wish DMCU would work like theirs.
Waste of app
I was so excited to see the credit union finally had an app. Don't waste your time downloading it. All it does is takes you to Safari where you manually have to log in. I don't see any where when you need to deposit a check to take a snap shot for deposit like all the other banks and credit union offer.
If you are going to offer an app at least make it worth the while.
