Pretty Certain it’s a Scam
I invested $1000 back around 2019. I got a small dividend about 4 years ago and have seen zero gains since. For months now I have been unable to access their app—pretty certain this is intentional on their part. I will be contacting the fraud department of my state’s investigation bureau. These @$$hats have a class action lawsuit coming, only a matter of time.

Something is wrong
The company is submitting emails asking for investments in a new income fund. However account access has not been available for months. Something is seriously wrong and their responses fail to properly explain the account access issue.

I wish that was an option. These people are horrible. App is down for months. Investment yields Pennies. You can’t access. They keep your $$ on their schedule. Horrible choice of investment and IT or app is non-existent. Same canned overseas call center type of responses when asking when the app will work again. Horrible

Do not download this app. I’ve been trying to get my initial investment back for years. There’s no way to contact anyone by phone. Do your research on the BBB website. Do not send them a dime of your money.

I invested a 1000 in 2021, it 2026 now and I am logged out of my account, I’ve been trying to reach out to them several times and there is no answer. Total I’ve only got paid 45$, what a waist of money. At this moment I am going thru it. Spare yourself the headache don’t invest with these scammers .

CAN’T ACESSS MY ACCOUNT
I’m having a similar issue as other reviews. I have contacted support and they responded back saying I can’t access my money and I wasn’t asking about that. I just wanted help logging in. They use to let us login to see our account, what were invested in, etc and still cannot login to my account for months now.

As of 2/19/26 I can no longer log into my account. Support is non existent. Hoping someone is putting a class action lawsuit together against this ridiculous company.
We are now way past the original 5 year mark. Was then told distribution would be end of 2025. Now past that and no updates. Support is no where near helpful and is likely some sort of bot, if that. In the almost 6 years they’ve had my money, I’ve only received less than $71

Same issue as everyone else I see opened the account on like 18/19 had been receiving dividends and what not even email updates now that basically the 5 year window is up no more update emails about property’s no dividends and the app doesn’t work no website

I invested $500 that should’ve been released in 2024. I’ve requested my money on several occasions and have yet to receive a response. Now I can’t access my account.

I invested a $1000 over 2 years ago and can not get my investment back. I did receive a dividend check one time for about $30. After that, I can’t get anyone to respond to requests for information. I can’t even log in to the app anymore as it says there is an error with my 2 factor log in data. Don’t fall for it.
