Unreliable when needed

Very poor resolution and customer service. Twice now I will make transaction and they will keep me waiting for days making me have issues when it’s urgently needed. I need a better app than this . I sent $150 from my wallet they haven’t credited me or figure out where my money is for 3 days now and the address was correct with the one they gave on the app no error I sent the hash and all screenshots to them and 3 day nothing and haven’t received my Naira and I am so angry.
