Give my money back to me
You people should refund my money o I just started using grey just a few days ago on the 26th and everything was going fine, today is 28th I made a transfer to my grey account still hasn’t reflected for hours while it has been instant since downloading it just because I transferred a large amount or money this time around right? Is that what you were waiting for? Made me trust you with small amounts so I’ll be comfortable transferring larger amounts? Even if you’re not withholding my funds and that’s a big “if” this shows you lack consistency why were transfers always instant then all of a sudden no reflection? I made small transfers after to see it it would at least jumpstart but no the others did not reflect, either fix this or refund my money immediately, I just started using this app for Christ sake, why should I be facing this soo early?!?

Can’t deposit to dollar card
Y’all cancelled my dollar master card for reasons best known to you and gave me a new card that’s Apple Pay enabled and now I’ve deposited to my grey app and I’m not seeing any option or button to add money to the new dollar Visa card. what’s the problem ?? I’m sincerely disappointed

I love how easy everything was while setting up my account and actually making it so fun that I can receive money from anywhere. Team Grey, I really appreciate the effort and dedication for this. Actually I would suggest as a Nigerian, I prefer you add a debit card feature so we can instantly add balance
