ID verification
It’s so difficult to sign up with your ID . I sent it off for the first time and it says my drivers license didn’t depict my face , no problem, I try again and it tells me duplicate account . I try again with my national identity card and the email for verification never comes like the one before and the app refreshes like I never did the verification. I wait for 30 minutes for a confirmation email and it never arrives so I try again with my nation al ID then I get the email instantly that says duplicate account . Is there a real person confirming the ID’s or is it some bot that can’t look at the same ID more than once when it sends an email declining the ID?? It’s extremely infuriating!! I even tried it with my passport and it gave me the same results as before . Unsatisfied with this app and its email responses.

Just got two payments refund from pending to my client account , i provided all documents what they asked for, I will delete my account forever, you guys scam, you did not back your fee, they just take it from you!

This is one of the worst financial apps I’ve ever used. Their deposit verification process is slow, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I submitted everything they requested, waited for updates, and after all that, my deposit was simply reversed.
Customer support is extremely poor. Most replies feel automated, repetitive, and don’t address the actual problem. The compliance process seems disorganized and leaves customers waiting with no meaningful explanation.
Looking through recent reviews, I found many people reporting experiences similar to mine, which made me lose confidence in the platform. A financial service should make receiving payments simple and dependable, not stressful and unpredictable. Defrauding people out of their hard earned money
