Pathetic app! Hangs every time!

Interface has lot of issues. Don’t feel like using it. It hangs exactly at the middle of search.

They don’t have much profiles. I am a paid member but they have no good profile and they are asking again to pay additional amount to get more profiles.

Worst never ever use it , never make payments

I am extremely disappointed with Divorces Matrimony. Even after becoming a paid member, they are not showing even 2 to 3 proper profiles with photos. Most of the profiles they show are 200–300 km away from my location, which is completely irrelevant to my preferences.

It is very clear that they are purposefully restricting profiles to force users to upgrade to higher-priced subscriptions, even after already paying. This feels like a cheap money-making tactic in the name of matchmaking.

I raised my concern multiple times through email and customer care, but there is absolutely no response or support. However, when you are a free member, they will keep calling nonstop to make you purchase a subscription. Once you pay, they simply ignore you.

This platform is one of the worst experiences I have had. Very disappointing service, misleading promises, and completely unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend Divorces Matrimony to anyone.

Worst Matrimony App

I am using 3 apps for matrimonial purpose all are premium but this app has worst experience till yet because there is no single profile who is verified by developers and I am getting each and other matches by some fraud or other marriage bureau agencies. Please do not take subscription of a single rupee, seriously getting you aware about this app.

Fake application and fake profiles

Fake application and fake profiles please dont buy and purchase this divorce matrimony fraud people on this side fraud names waste of time and money this people are playing with our emotions

Worst Application ever.

Had a conversation with one of the executive based in kochi named SHILPA. Not only she had no idea about the profile and why the call has been made. The attitude of the employee was so intolerable that not only she was defensive about the issues I was facing but also was carrying an attitude as though she doesn’t care whether I continue the service or not. This is no service they are carrying out its pure arrogance. How can some company hold such an employee.

Be cautious lot of fake profile are there .

When you register, please perform due diligence on the profile. Many have registered fake profiles with foreign phone numbers.

I had a terrible experience on this application. An NRI girl arrived started chatting and after some time she told me that she is coming India to meet me. And them someone called from Delhi airport that your friend has arrived here and she is short of cash so transfer 75k to help her.

Waste of time to go in the application this app is only for money

Terrible app

The app shows non matching alliances and something else from preferences. Always crashing. Not even single day, one matching alliance is shown properly. Disgusting

Who accepted my request and I accepted request but can’t chat with anyone

All you need is money you can’t know about feelings. Your company say 1 message per day is free but when we click on chat now option they showing logged out. Please fix it as soon as possible

Very expensive,unprofessional. Totally hopeless!

This app subscription is very expensive. Not even compared and bench marked with other leading match making sites. Many of the profile belong to window shoppers. 90% of the profiles are inactive for months. The biggest trouble is unsolicited calls to people living in foreign countries. Many other leading and efficient match making sites are much much cheaper than this. Their call center are so irresponsible and they try to persuade you to sign in. Then the credit card trap begins in taking on USD. Not at all qualitative and effective. Very expensive and unaffordable. Always this app has technical problems. Many profiles are fake or either inactive for months. You will be troubled by unsolicited calls from the call centre of the app developers who do not have any sense of time zones at different parts of the world. Really irritating and a nuisances. Never ever pay such huge amount as subscription fees. It is just ripping your pocket and looting the Indian NRI population. E-harmony, match.com etc has only much less subscription charge. With out your consent or permission these people will share your profile contact details and private information in many other websites. This is unethical, illegal and infringement on the right to privacy. No solution for any of the problems mentioned above. Really unprofessional and hopeless!

We try to bring in the best in class experience to our customers by providing a plethora of premium benefits at a nominal cost. We do have some special offers. Performance

There is a clause “Manage strict filters”. It does not mean anything to anyone. It will never get applied to the app, no matter what you select. I have never seen such an unorganised app which is greedy for money and will never bother for their commitments and will not bother for customer satisfaction. I wonder how Play-store is accommodating such an unethical app.
