I registered for their assisted service after seeing some promising profiles during the trial period. However, after making the payment, the profiles no longer matched my preferences, and the Relationship Managers barely provided any support. My preferences were even changed without my consent.
Despite repeated complaints, the team showed no concern and provided no proper assistance. Based on my experience, I strongly feel this service is misleading and not worth your money. I would sincerely advise everyone to be cautious before opting for their paid services.

Avoid paying and taking membership on Divorcee matrimony, they will fraud you.
I am staying abroad and had joined this website after making the payment and saw that there are no individuals listed in the country of my residence. I wrote back on the same day to them asking for my cancellation and they refused. Highly disappointed

Interface has lot of issues. Don’t feel like using it. It hangs exactly at the middle of search.
