Fraud and Fake Profiles
Stay away from this Fraud Application. It genuinely feels like fake profiles are being created and managed by the matrimony team itself. These profiles conveniently accept interests sent by users, which pushes customers into purchasing a membership. But once the membership is taken and the profile contact details are unlocked, the same profiles either reject calls, keep calls unanswered, or never reply to messages on WhatsApp at all.
I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either.
Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious.
It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches.
I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Plans showing wrong things
I got subscription from app for combo plan expecting I would get subscription for the right regional matrimony service. They gave subscription for random regional matrimony and mentioning that they can’t change it. I raised immediately with customer service and each member is saying different thing. Paid a big amount for this but disappointed in service.

App needs lot of improvement and fixes
Worst app ever, very slow. No customisation options through app, everything needs to be done with desktop website. App keeps asking for profile selfie verification and ends up blocking your own account for not being verified.
Felt Expensive
The app minimum payment starts from 109$, there is no monthly payment options, and altest there should be like free of atlest 5 contacts or something.

Fraud from BM members and BM creating fraud profile
maybe 8th, to say the latest, the BM has come up with a new plan to scam the public by doing restrictions on send interest and 24hours request is a bigger scam as no proper testing is done on how 24hour works!! Developer just created it for the name sake and it does not works how it suppose to work, shameless!
And Bm internal members are still working with 3rd party to get the contacts and then the 3rd party reaches out directly on WhatsApp. Such a scam on BM and this can be done only by their internal members!!!
