App used to work fine but now nothing works after logging in. what a terrible experience for the users.

If you start membership after expired auto again cut payment automatically
Shaadi .com staff again again call ask about vip membership he said take vip membership otherwise you can not found any match

Horrible app!
Waste of money and time. Paid for a subscription and was shown the same individuals that I could have seen without paying. No matches for US and Canada. You can’t message people without paying, filters don’t work, all around it’s a horrible experience. App is as useless as the website. I didn’t pay for VIP and someone claiming to be from shaadi.com went out of their way to screenshot my profile, message me on WhatsApp and even called me. From that moment, I felt unsafe on this app, let alone having my photos on there. Enhance your filters and actually make the website and services accessible to people who may not be able to afford them. If I could give it a zero rating, I would.
