Options to edit
No option to edit and customer service ask you to delete the profile and gave you an idea when you say if you can’t edit then you have to delete the account they encourage this. First I know any app customer service saying this
Too many bugs
This app will stop working giving the message “Connection has timed out”. I’ve tried turning the phone off and then on again without any luck. I’ve current been stuck for over 12 hours now

I completed my own ID verification because I wanted to use this platform seriously to find a life partner. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
I interacted with multiple profiles that appeared verified, but when I politely asked for basic verification such as a LinkedIn profile, a professional profile, or a video call before moving forward, I was blocked instead of receiving a simple response.
This made me lose confidence in the platform's verification process. A verified badge should help users feel safer, but there should also be stronger checks and better action against suspicious behavior.
