During sales calls, they make grand promises, but once services are purchased, the agent assigned to your profile, fail to even meet the bare minimum expectations.

Options to edit
No option to edit and customer service ask you to delete the profile and gave you an idea when you say if you can’t edit then you have to delete the account they encourage this. First I know any app customer service saying this
Too many bugs
This app will stop working giving the message “Connection has timed out”. I’ve tried turning the phone off and then on again without any luck. I’ve current been stuck for over 12 hours now
Scammers
I completed my own ID verification because I wanted to use this platform seriously to find a life partner. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
I interacted with multiple profiles that appeared verified, but when I politely asked for basic verification such as a LinkedIn profile, a professional profile, or a video call before moving forward, I was blocked instead of receiving a simple response.
This made me lose confidence in the platform's verification process. A verified badge should help users feel safer, but there should also be stronger checks and better action against suspicious behavior.
I hope Shaadi.com improves its verification system and user safety so genuine members can use the platform with confidence.

Pitty platform
Worst experience, support team only busy in sales and company denied to offer the service they claim and promote, even did not accepted evidence.
When I challenged them I can prove my point, they didn’t answered at all.
Mr. Mittal needs to check their own product than other startup on shark tank.

Cant even make an access as it keeps freezing and crashing
Unable to update personal information
Giving you 1 star, because I can’t update my personal information such as height and I tried reaching your support system but they said they can’t do anything so they gave me options to delete it.
Useless
This app won't let you login it says account deactivated. How can that be if you never approved or declined my profile. What a waste!

There customer service is very irritating
One of the guy called me at 3 am in My time and was not ready to hang up the phone
After when I refuse the VIP Service, it was looking like he was threatening me
after some time the torture has stopped because I clearly said no
But then again, things started again
If someone needs VIP Service, he will ask for them or you can call once thats it

Unstable UI and buggy for iOS26
App is very buggy and the UI crashes very often while using on iOS26. Not very user friendly.

Terrible user interface, and recurring login issues
I signed up for a paid membership but have barely been able to use the platform due to ongoing issues with the account verification process. I have submitted my government-issued ID multiple times. Each time my profile gets approved, it is later deactivated again without explanation, forcing me to go through the verification process repeatedly.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is that reactivation can take up to 48 hours each time. I have contacted customer support multiple times via email, but the issue remains unresolved.
For a service that charges a significant membership fee, the customer support options are inadequate. There is no live chat support, and the only phone number provided appears to be based in India, making it difficult for many users to get timely assistance.
At a minimum, Shaadi.com should provide a toll-free support number and live chat support for paying members. The platform has potential, but the current verification and support experience has been extremely disappointing.

Scam platform
I have been scammed financially by shadi.com. Random People can easily create fake profiles on shadi.com. No selfie & real documents required to create profiles. That’s why fake people make fake profiles and do scam. The real person behind the profile is someone else. I got 0 support from shadi.com. I seriously request to others please don’t ever use shadi.com please.

Filtering option for keywords doesn’t work properly. Return some random matches. Already sent details to app.help email but no action was taken. So i deleted my account
Fishy platform!
The agents residing in India have all access to American citizens & which directly contradicts with American laws. Report this app to your attorney general and FTC. There is no way for us to know how they are using this data including fraud purposes. Most importantly, use new email address when creating a profile with this company. Any email received on a new email must be seen as fraud & possible breach of US law!
