Fraud and Fake Profiles
I purchased a 3-month plan costing ₹9,676 because one girl had accepted my interest while I was not a paid member, and I believed I would be able to speak to her directly after taking the subscription. However, after purchasing the membership, the same profile kept rejecting my calls or leaving them unanswered, with no response to my WhatsApp messages either.
Then, within a couple of days, one of your agent called aggressively promoting the “assistance service,” which costs an additional ₹11,000. The moment I refused, my account suddenly started showing profiles without pictures. Hilarious.
It honestly feels like this entire process is intentionally designed to pressure users into purchasing additional paid services rather than genuinely helping them find matches.
I have already purchased a 3-month subscription worth ₹9,676. If the company genuinely needs more money to run its operations, you could simply ask me directly instead of resorting to such misleading and unethical practices.

Fraud from BM members and BM creating fraud profile
And Bm internal members are still working with 3rd party to get the contacts and then the 3rd party reaches out directly on WhatsApp. Such a scam on BM and this can be done only by their internal members!!!
BM Internal members are creating fraud profiles now and frauding and cheating the customers into getting premium and rating for BM is a paid one which will always says high…
High level fraud from BM… 12000+ fraud profile reported nothing done from BM,,, they are working with 3rd party to cheat the customer into getting premium
Worst Experience with Customer Support
I mean what kind of behaviour is that??
Now there are 4 main concerns here:
1. Security Concern: There is no security, they can do whatever they wanna do with your information (IMPORTANT).
2. They just asks for money without even telling the benefits because I don’t know if they will provide or not according to their behaviour.
3. They don’t even introduce themselves or give information about themselves when they talk to you.
4. Security Concern: They use some random phone number to call you.
You’ve surely lost one customer and also I’ll not recommend to anybody download this app for matrimonial purposes.
If anybody is reading this, I’d recommend go for Shaadi or Jeevansathi or any other matrimonial app but not this one.
