Decent, but seems like some AI and a lot of ad interruptions
I used this for Dragons of Etchinstone. It’s not bad. It’s a good way to learn the rules. It has a narrator voice over. You can pause and skip ahead. It has controls for reviewing rules. It walks you through a game so you can learn how to play and occasionally quizzes you on the rules.
I had about 4-5 ads in my walkthrough. The ads had skip options after about 5 seconds. Right now they’re just ads for Dized premium. It felt excessive given how often they would pop up and how small the game is.
The narrator had to have been AI because he/it kept putting the emphasis on the wrong syllable anytime a word can be used as a noun or a verb (for example, pronouncing progress as if it were a noun when it’s being used as a verb).

Greatest tutorial ever
Me and my girlfriend take a lot longer to learn a board game and require multiple play throughs before we are off on our own but because this app holds your hand throughout a play through and explains thing well we only had to go through one tutorial before we were playing on our own, can’t wait to see what new games they add

Poor UI & lacking features
1 example, I find that the tutorials are on rails and there is zero flexibility or ability to go to needed sections. There is no chapter system or index that would allow you to review any section that you want to revisit. You are better off watching a YouTube video and being able to go to and review any needed sections. Even the tutorial on how to use the tutorial doesn’t match the UI at the end of the tutorial. That is absolutely crazy to me! App has great potential and they continue to add new games but after all there years the app should be better!
