I read a lot of reviews and decided to try it and I cashed in a couple times this week and the money got deposited in my PayPal account fairly quickly. The games are a lot of fun and they have a lot of incentives to keep your interest. Once you hit VIP status there are bonuses that you can choose to help win and there is a golden pig that saves money as you play that you can also redeem. I hope they keep it like this so that you can keep playing. Even if bet as little as 40 cents it still lets you win enough to keep playing for a little while.

Withdrawal process personal experience

So I’ve recently had to verify my account by sending in a photocopy of my license front and back, a photocopy of the debit card I use to deposit front and back and also my PayPal account info that I use to withdraw funds to. All of my information was verified and my withdrawal was released. Now every time I win and I try to withdraw my funds, they are saying that there are abnormalities in my account. But they aren’t specifying what the abnormality is in my account. They aren’t explaining the issue they are just sending out general messages. I’ve been waiting now 3 days for my withdrawal. You guys said it takes from 1 to 3 days for things to process and for funds to be sent once it is approved. I’m trying to understand if I just verified my account. How could there be abnormalities on my account if you all just verified that my account was good. I haven’t had this problem in the past

Beware game was good! Also you can’t send company an email it is undeliverable. I have spent thousands on Dizzy Spinventure I’m a VIP 7 I’ve also won money there too! Well I was playing Lion treasures and won a major jackpot of 2000 dollars and didn’t get the payout. All I keep getting from customer support is that they need a video. How can I do that when it already happened and was during free spins! It’s not about the money it’s about doing the right thing. You are losing a customer that spends thousands, over a 2000 dollar payout which you could easily payout, but I guess it’s fraud and that’s why you’re not paying out.

BEWARE… SCAMMERS SCROLL PAST THE FIRST FEW REVIEWS TO SEE THE TRUTH

This company provides games that should solely be used for fun. If you are trying to win money… beware. The games are rigged. If you don’t put any money in, and you use the money that they use on the platform, it won’t allow you to get above $22. Try it for yourself. It will only take you down a bit then even if you hit bonus it’ll only allow you to get there. The withdrawal threshold is $35. Once you put your money in, there will be some type of issue that’ll arise if you win big… verification, a bug… something. The platform isn’t set up to lose. Once you try “customer support” it’s just a bot that will give you cookie cutter reply’s until you give up, either that or they will tell you (like they told me) that I was a blacklisted user, they couldn’t verify my identity, I was a high risk user and that the picture that I took of my ID was blurry and distorted even though it was clear as day. PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE DOWNLOADING THIS APP. I didn’t, and I don’t want anyone to have to deal with what is had to deal with.

So far, so kinda good

The best thing about it is, that it takes no time to get instant withdrawals. You can go a good spell further than most of the others before hitting, which more times than not, brings my playing to a halt! If it hit a little more often, the instant withdrawal would have this app 5⭐️! But, if I drop a $50, I want results!

Also, can we stop bringing the game to a stand still over $1.00 wins as if we’ve discovered El Dorado, please? The .06 cent wins on $1 bets is frustrating enough, we don’t need SUPER WIN flashing for 45 seconds because you won $2!

Difficult to get payouts once you win

I have been playing this game for quite some time and spend quite a bit. I’ve won several times as well. As time goes on, it gets more and more difficult to get a payout if you have one a substantial amount. Customer service has been very slow to respond and investigate properly. I am very disappointed because I really love playing this game. Right now I am waiting for a payout of almost $400 and still nothing and when I play, I am unable to win anything while waiting on a payout not even a penny.. Very very frustrating.

Bug!!! Please watch out!

To all those who are intrigued by this game, I can understand why. When I first played it, I was satisfied. However when I finally put in some of my personal money into it, the issues began. Due to some sort of bug, my 60SC that were just purchased went down to just 6!!! I paid $55 worth of my money into this game, and definitely did not expect to get scammed out of it due to a random glitch. Then I reached out the the 24-hr VIP Customer Service, who still have not responded. Lastly, the game becomes practically impossible to do well after you put in money, so it gave me a bad impression overall. To think, because of some careless glitch/bug, I am missing 54 credits (where 1 SCredit=$1)!!! Please help me with this issue and I will update my review. Until then, this glitch has ruined my experience.

Be very careful with this game

Everything was really good at the beginning. The price to get onto this game were reasonable. The winds were there. Sometimes they wasn’t in the middle. I seen things changed. Certain games would not hit anymore. The prices started to go up . They give you little bonuses throughout the game a penny here $.10 here maybe a dollar .i personally put a lot of money into this game so as I tell, y’all be very careful because the game will take your money !!!! so I read the reviews if they’re good or bad I’m gonna download the game or app to see for myself and yes, I wouldn’t say scam, but I would say taking advantage of people have a good day,🧐

SCAM DONT DOWNLOAD

I originally downloaded this app because the ad said people who download will get $100. SCAM. The chat agent said you have a chance of receiving $100 and I didn’t win. Next, the app said for the first 24 hours they’d give me 100% cash back up to $1,000. I sent $90 to the game via cash app and lost it in the slots. After the 24 hours was up, I requested my 100% cash back. The app sent me to a webpage where I had to upload pictures of my drivers license . It said my identity verification was approved, but when I went back into the app, the cash back button was gone. The chat agent has told me “a technician is looking into this issue” for 6 days now… I’m never getting that $90 back. BEWARE!

I put 30 into it betting $1 and not once did I win so much as a dollar during those spins. It’s designed to let someone win once in a while if those are even real accounts they flash across the screen every once in a while but most times I noticed the games those people won on aren’t even on the platform. It’s a complete scam and every one of them should absolutely be shut down and all involved should be held accountable for deceiving people. I understand the risks in gambling but I also understand odds and your odds of winning are better at the casino even better buying a simple lottery ticket. They have about 9 different platforms and each and everyone of them are the exact same

Scam!!!

I gave 5 stars so they actually post my review. So it says that you have to make a minimum of $35 to cash out. Well the game doesn’t let you get to over $22. I’ve been playing for quite a while now and can’t get past the $22 amount. The game is fun, but it’s just a lie. If our going to advertise that you can win actual money off of a game then there should me no minimum cash out amount. If you want to get technical I’ve probably won a few hundred and since you won’t let me get over $22 at a time there will never be a cash out complete SCAM

Unity slots

So I have been playing all the unity slots for months and won a fair amount. BUT since they increased the redemption amount to $50 it has been awful. Can’t get past $22 I have written each game about this and they tell me it’s my bad luck. Well maybe if it was one or two but 7 games and several accts later I can’t call it bad luck. Since I complained to them I get absolutely nothing. I even tried buying a package or two and still nothing. I am very disappointed in this company and recommend you find other games vs complaining because they will blackball you.

So very disappointed!

I’ve been playing on this app for almost a month now. I’ve successfully cashed out $35 on 2 occasions. HOWEVER! I’ve deposited waaay more than I’ve been able to cash out and this morning after winning over $200, I decided to cash out BUT! Not only did I not receive a single red cent, I got an email saying that my winnings will be forfeited and now my account is blocked. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service all day but every email gets returned “mailer demon” and I’ve yet to find a phone number and chat is a joke (not funny)! After this whole experience, I would have to add this one to the SCAM pile and recommend you to not waste your time or money! If by some miracle anything changes, I will update my review.

No Customer Service!!

I invested about $80 in this game. Played it and noticed that the company was offering 100% cash back to new players. I was like…..cool I can lose all my betting money, and have a second chance with the new player cash back reward. I did lose all my betting money. Then when I tried to get the 100% cash back bonus, they wanted me to verify identity. I just moved from Ohio to TN and was a little busy tending to my aunt with Alzheimer’s. The short story is never got around to getting an ID. Now that I needed it, I went to the DMV and got an interim ID while I waited for the new ID in the mail. Problem solved? No. I was having BOT conversations with customer service, while my reward had a time limited deadline. The short story is customer service remained BOTish. They had automated checking of someone’s ID. I had a paper Interim ID, that wouldn’t go through the auto check. Contacted the BOT customer service with a pic of the Interim ID with a request that they verify and lift the hold on my 100% cash back reward. They stayed BOTS and I lost my reward. I am going to sue them. Wish me luck. XD

EDIT: I WILL UPDATE THIS POST IF THIS GLITCH OR BUG OR WHATEVER THIS IS!!

So I downloaded the game yesterday AND IT DIDNT WORK AT ALL. I then tried downloading it to play on my son’s phone and it WORKED FOR HIS PHONE ABD NOT MINE?! When I downloaded it to my phone, it opened and made with UNITY came up on the screen, then the name DIZZY SPINVENTURE came up then immediately there was a creepy Halloween spin wheel, after spinning it I clicked the arrow that was on the top right hand corner and a Christmas spin wheel came up. I spun it and did the same thing again, clicked the arrow, next game was a Candy filled Spin Wheel, spun clicked arrow, last one was a fruit one and it wasn’t a spin wheel but rather a slot machine, clicked for spins, clicked the arrow and it took me right back to the Halloween spin wheel! It won’t let me log in. There isn’t even an option!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I downloaded the app a couple weeks ago. I previously purchased packages through them but never won anything. I purchased a package today and I won $32. I tried to cash out. It said that there was a charge of three dollars. I accepted that and then it said it may take up to 1-2 weeks to get but within an hour I got a cash app notification from this company. I accepted it but whenever I accepted it, it said that it failed through the sender. Meaning the sender cancelled payment……. Soooo sounds like a scam to me. I didnt get any winnings I claimed to have won.

You see what wrong with you game apps is u think u can always outsmart your players by TAKING ALL OUR MONEY, have us drawn and addicted to WINNING (our money back) but in reality, we are just giving u guys money to use as a prize so we have something to withdraw later on…. But what’s happening is we had to put MORE money 1st before u let us win and once we reached $25 we had to withdraw it right away, otherwise we will end up losing pur money again just to put more — then u will allow us to win half of what we deposited or probably just break even and make us believe that we really won HUGE AMOUNT OF CASH! And your “SUPER, MEGA and BIG WIN” only happens if my bet is .10cents but getting free spins or 777 jackpot is nearly IMPOSSIBLE once our bet is .20 and above.. so how can we win BIG AMOUNT OF WINNINGS if we only deposit the minimum amount which is $20…. If we wanna play longer we should only bet the .10 cents coz betting .50 cents above will only last 5 SECONDS with the kind of cheating you guys do… this is why GAME APP COMPANIES doesn’t last long in any phone store/app downloads coz of how you SCAM and make money out of people without really practicing FAIR GAME!!!
