I would give it zero. So i spend money on this app every day for three months. The first time i win a significant amount ($300) n try to cash it out, i am told i have two accounts open, they close out the account i use daily(sign in with appleid) and won on, n tell me that im to use the one i signed in with my email on which ive not used in months didnt even realize they were seperate or different. So i tried support n they dont honor my winnings n they close my account. Funny how it wasnt brought up until the moment i won n attempted cashing out. This apps a scam n a fraud dont waste tour money

One day, I had noticed BOTH of my in-game currencies going down and missing. I had immediately tried to contact the customer service to try to figure out what had happened.
They have NO live agents, or anyone to speak to in the "chat" option on the site, and you have to wait HOURS for a response, if they even reply at all.
I had reached out multiple times, and after waiting hours they had informed me that my money wasn't "missing" that I was playing it, when I in fact wasn't playing at all. I responded to that, attached screen shots showing how fast the credits were leaving while I was trying to redeem it, and finally finalized a cash out of half the amount I had.
After requesting to cash out, instead of handling the case, and returning the missing funds, they closed my account and I am no longer able to access anything.
