Will not let me buy coins
When i first installed the App, it allowed me to use my apple pay to fund my Chumba account. But, now I can’t use my apple pay, or no bank card at all to purchase any coins on the app🧐🤨 and it’s no fix to it. There’s no one to contact, because it sends you to a customer service website that doesn’t even work 🤯 like, come on 😳 I’m trying to put money on the app, just so I can play, but they won’t allow me to purchase any coins, no matter what method I use. 🤦🏾 so, personally… Im done. Thank you, but no thank you

Bait and Swith
I’ve heard these apps typically do a bait and switch where they give you some wins and then it goes completely dark. Hit like 4 bonuses in the first 30mins playing games. Went to $800. Then went and spent 2.5 hours spinning $1.25 and got absolutely nothing. Not a single win over like $5. Thought it would atleast be hidden but this was as obvious as can be. Dropped down to $500 and finally hit a bonus for $6.75. Like common now. $6.75 🤣

Too many errors
Not sure what’s going on but i’m getting way too many errors. If I click to purchase coins, the second I put in my card info the screen goes white and says there was an error and it does this to me three or four times before I could purchase anything. Secondly, once I’m able to play a game, I get a message that there was an error. And a box that pops up that says back to game. Then it sent back to their main screen and it tells me to swipe up, but it doesn’t allow me to swipe up in the screen is blurry thirdly. There’s a lot of faults advertising going on, when I play the jackpot, no matter how much money I’ve put into this. I never win not even the slightest amount of money. Not sure why they say jackpot one daily when you have to spend thousands just to get a small jackpot.

I was winning at first. I was up $200+ and the moment I looked into redeeming my winnings, I went to zero dollars. I had small wins. The wins kept getting smaller and smaller. Went from doing bonus games to no bonus games. I played $1 bets the entire time. $200 plus and literally had zero bonus games. I get it’s gambling but it’s weird to go from winning and bonus games to nothing right after I looked into redeeming my winnings. Couldn’t even redeem winnings. Kept telling me I had to link my account. Game didn’t have any issues withdrawing money from my linked account but somehow I didn’t have a linked account when it came to redeem my winning.
