Game is awesome, love the slots, love the timing of the wins, it’s just a really really really long process. I would like to be verified so I can redeem. Hi so update.. 4 days later my account still is not verified, I am still not able to cash out or redeem. They are asking for car payments proof, insurance bills, government assistance. This is one of the most horrible. If I do not get the money within a week I will have no choice but to report this game to better business bureau. Or even someone higher I will not let this go. This is not okay. At all. Not okay. I literally just started playing on lavish luck, the only asked for picture of id, face verify, & I was approved within 20 minutes.. I have never ever been through this. It’s not worth it.
Hi update, I woke up to my account being verified, and I was able to submit my redeem request, and my funds are otw to my bank. Process took about 5 days but hey they verified me so I’m able to get paid, and once the verification process it over the rest is so easy. Just submit redeem request and wait for your money.
