I’ve never seen any provider take 7 days to verify someone’s account and require utility bills which are hard to find. Other sites use your license, CREDIT CARD, and take a selfie to verify you. This is ridiculous. They must fix this.

Everything advertised in the app is not true. I found this app in a promotion and thought that it would be a cool sportsbook to try out, but was mislead. You can’t even play for rewards all you get is virtual currency that the only purpose for is to just play.

They will let u win money then ask for so much personal information,,. Most apps only need your Dd n id .. then they restricted my account for no reason when I have 100 on there … i wouldn’t recommend.. lavish luck is way better

The app seems to be very well made and doesn’t have as many annoying pop ups as many of the others. My account verification is taking longer than I would like but it’s a holiday weekend so it’s expected from any sweeps casino so nothing you wouldn’t find anywhere else playing. Always like the UI preview of the gameplay before confirming which game to play. A+

Horrendous Ui. Makes you log in every single time you minimize the app, redeeming prizes requires you to leave the app and go to a website. And when you sign up using google, there isn’t an option to login using google on the app. Why would you offer to create an account using google if you can’t login to the app the same way? The development team is so dumb. The UI is also an eye sore. Bad color themes.

Won’t verify my account…
This app is a scam won’t even verify my account it keeps telling me “we have not yet received an update from our third-party identity verification provider.” 3 separate times I mean if they use a different excuse I will probably believe them but 3 separate ticket same excuse. I use other platform use same documents to get verified and got verified within minutes. Don’t use this app!!!

Stay Away
Stay away from this app. Don’t download it out of desperation. Your cashouts sit in a pending state for who knows how long. They of course allow you to cancel it in the meantime. And if you email them to close your account they question you and make offers and won’t just close it. It’s a scam site. Some may have had a little success but if you are at all an addict type, you had better stay far away. Learn from me.

App will start saying connection error. If you get a feature on a hold and win, screen drops to black and you have to restart app to play.

I bet 18 SC for the Knicks to win game 1 moneyline and they never gave me the SC back after they won. I’ve been contacting the support team for a week with over 20 emails . Stay away!!!
