Hi so update.. 4 days later my account still is not verified, I am still not able to cash out or redeem. They are asking for car payments proof, insurance bills, government assistance. This is one of the most horrible. If I do not get the money within a week I will have no choice but to report this game to better business bureau. Or even someone higher I will not let this go. This is not okay. At all. Not okay. I literally just started playing on lavish luck, the only asked for picture of id, face verify, & I was approved within 20 minutes.. I have never ever been through this. It’s not worth it.

Process took about 5 days but hey they verified me so I’m able to get paid, and once the verification process it over the rest is so easy. Just submit redeem request and wait for your money.

Sportzino scammed me
I was told I needed to upload a utility bill, US drivers license or passport, and bank statement to withdraw my winnings after I won multiple sports bets on Sportzino. I uploaded all three, but Sportzino responded by telling me my drivers license wasn’t enough and that they also wanted my passport. I sent them my passport in addition to a selfie of me holding my passport like they requested, and then they responded to me by saying that my utility bill was falsified and that I needed to provide a different one. At this point, I have given them 4 different documents including my ID and passport and they are continuing to string me along to get more information from me. Something fishy is going on with this verification process and it seems like Sportzino is using customer documents for a malicious purpose. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general and I would recommend that anyone else who has had this experience do the same.
