I won money and they’re giving me the runaround on cashing out. I submitted my driver’s license, 2 forms of address verification and took a selfie. They are saying my profile name doesn’t match my ID. And why would it if I use a nickname but that’s not good enough. Now they’re asking for my damn birth certificate. Next they’ll want my marriage license because my birth certificate doesn’t match my drivers license or utility bill. Now I think they just want all my personal information. I’ve cashed out fine on other platforms but this one is ridiculous.
