In order to redeem your winnings, they ask for you to log into your bank account. When I redeemed my winnings on a visa I was unable to use it. I contacted customer support, and they asked for my personal bank statements. It all felt very suspicious and invasive to collect your winnings.

I made multiple purchases from their store that were never credited to my account. I reached out and never got a response. Also purchased games within their app that were conveniently disconnected and I was never able to finish the game or recover my funds. Really Wanted to Like This App
I really wanted to like this app. The playability is easy, the site is not overly crowded with extra features and the games are fun. But God forbid you run out of coins mid game you're building the bonus feature so it can pop. The moment you back out the bonus feature resets and loose any progress you may have had. Also real winnings of any kind are rare. You can easily dump a $100 into this game and never have a hot over a few bucks.
