I own a Mini Pro 4 for 3 years and so happy with the performance and support
The right app
It’s been a great app for me, especially when I first started being a beginner. It’s helped me out, laid out the importance of flying a drone properly.
DJI Fly iPad 6th Generation Login Bug Please fix
Please fix the login issue on the iPad 6th generation. DJI Fly keeps saying “Check Network” when trying to log in, even though the iPad has a working internet connection. Safari and every other app work normally, and the DJI account works fine on both Safari and my phone. I also completely factory reset the iPad and did a fresh install of DJI Fly, but the same issue still happens on both home Wi-Fi and a phone hotspot. Please investigate and fix this iPad login/network bug.

Pretty unimpressed
Considering I payed £2000 for my mavic 4 pro, this has to be the most irritatingly garbage app. Hours to transfer files. For some reason the hyper lapse of the eclipse won’t transfer…no explanation…more than. Adequate space on my tablet. Spent a whole day trying to transfer some videos and pictures. It will only run on apple products so I bought an I pad and a mini Mac …there is no work around either. My windows PC won’t recognise the hand set or the drone, so ball ache it is. Sort it out. The app lets your magnificent bird down
Updated app just after writing this and and now I can’t connect. Really bleeding angry. I now have a control full of pictures and videos I can do nothing with

I got my drones three years ago and I absolutely love them as well as this app. This app has taught me everything that I know about my drones today it’s step-by-step and like I have my mileage my hours everything right here in one spot.
Typical DJI software
Requires login to function, has bugs all over the place, hasn’t been updated in years.
Works great but mega large storage
No I don’t cache video from my flights and yes I clear all the cache of logs etc from the app and it’s still many gigs.
So I uninstalled it and reinstalled and I still have 1.13gb of documents and data on my phone and I haven’t even flown yet. That’s 2.5gb and only 1.13gb is the app!
No matter what I tell the app not to cache it’s always does, and deleting the cache doesn’t delete it all.

Works great on my cell phone and on my android tablet. The instructions and tutorials are really good and helpful. This is a great app.
