Bad User experience

Updating the OS or hardware will throw this app into a circle of doom. Banking wants you to provide a tan, this app wants you to log in to your banking to verify the connection before generating a tan. Just awful, illogical, frustrating experience.

Funktioniert nicht.

Meine DKB Einstellungen sagen dass es verbunden für Tan2Go. In the Tan2Go ist null Verbindung. Völlig nutzlos.
Es wär viel nützlicher wenn man eine der existierenden Authenticator apps nutzen könnte (Microsoft, etc)

Worst

Click here, do this, follow that link blablabla - then it crashes.

Super unreliable, extremely confusing website. Only worth the trouble because of good banking conditions. As soon as a competitor offers these conditions - cya guys!

Keine Verbindung

Die DKB App Einstellungen sagen dass es verbunden mit the Tan2Go. In the Tan2Go ist null Verbindung.
Die DKB ist in letzter Zeit nur eine Hürde nach der anderen.
Ich wollte eigentlich eine bessere Lösung als jedes Mal manuell ein TAN zu generieren mit dem Gerät, aber anscheinend ist das doch zuverlässiger.

Es wär viel nützlicher wenn man eine der existierenden Authenticator apps nutzen könnte (Microsoft, etc)

Just does not work

So bad I am looking at moving banks. Forces you to use it to do anything but has constant errors. Terrible terrible app

Rebuild your app, it’s useless!

Edit Dec 2022: you guys should go out of business, it’s unbelievable you get away with this rubbish in 2022. The worst! No support

I’m one of the many customers with issues caused by this rubbish app but you keep ignoring us. We are unable to get back into our banking and can’t access money because your app doesn’t work. Yes, I have looked at your useless website for support and yes, I have called your rude and useless so called “customer service”. All I was told is that I have to write, print and sign a letter to ask for another code to activate the non-functional app. The app was deactivated by your useless support clowns and now I have to write a letter because you’ve not moved on from previous century and don’t accept emails. Your app is useless, you should either buy a new one or redevelop it from scratch. IT DOES NOT WORK but you do not care! I have 6 different bank accounts all over the world and none of them is causing issues like this one. This is ridiculous!

staff helpful but could not help !!
Was on the phone 1 hour and then connection stopped!!!

Nutzlos

Senden mir brief mit qr code um die tan app zu nutzen generier nen password scannt qr code gibt mir freischaltcode um in der anderen banking app einzugeben oder auf der website, fragt mich aber die ganze zeit nach ner tan die ich nicht generieren kann weil die tan app nicht freigeschaltet wird. Extrems dumm und absolut typisch deutsch

Utterly unstable

Every upgrade of oS firmware by Apple blocks access to our bank accounts. Resetting procedures are most tedious. Support is poor both by bot like knowledge base and more so by phone.

lacks any protection from locking out

poorly designed app and likely also background process in the bank. If updates of the app, or phone switch can kick you out, why do I get no warning? Like: Please update now as long as the old version is not blocked for security reasons. Also to get a TAN to confirm an update, so that the updated version can be used without reconnecting/verifying app related to a particular device.
One forced update disconnected me without warning.

Absolute Katastrophe

Handy gewechselt, Nix geht mehr. Kundenservice blafft einen an wenn man am Samstag Abend anruft, auch mit freischalt Code per Post kommt man nicht mehr in seine App. Unglaublich veraltet alles….

so complicated

this app is serious trash. i am considering switching to another bank because of how bad this is.

and to your stadard response that i can use the dkb app…
have you ever used these apps yourself?
they are supposed to work together.
so if the tan2go doesnt work (80% of the time btw) you can not log into the other.
your response is as worthless as the app.

Not that straight forward

After waiting for 3 different letters to activate my account, the app registration came last. Following all steps- and no, getting my banking code didn’t work, no connection , call the bank message.

Kompliziertere und funktioniert nicht

Ich bin nun fünf Monate bei der DKB und habe immer noch keinen Zugang zu meinem online Banking. Ich bin echt verzweifelt!!! Nichts funktioniert mit dieser App.

If you are a user of internet banking, stay away from this institution. As it’s the worst online banking experience. What a hassle ! Absolutely not worth , time consuming , go and check out the competition.

Katastrophal!

Im Jahre 2021 so umständlich mit einer Banking-App zu arbeiten, ist zum einen extrem ermüdend und bringt einen wirklich zur Weißglut. „Wechseln Sie jetzt zur TAN2go App“, „Wechseln Sie zurück in Ihre Banking App“, „Bestätigen Sie den Link aus Ihrer TAN2go App.“, „Das Zeitlimit wurde überschritten.“ …ich könnte noch weitere Beispiele nennen. Liebe DKB - so macht Banking keinen Spaß!

Hallo Thomas, danke für dein Feedback. Du kannst die TAN direkt aus der DKB-TAN2go-App in die DKB-Banking-App übertragen. Unter der Anzeige der TAN hast du direkt den Button „An Banking-App übermitteln". Damit sollte es ganz bequem funktionieren. Viele Grüße, deine DKB
