What do we do at Deutsche Lieferadresse.COM? Swiss customers order goods online at their own expense, which they have delivered to one of our branches. Once the goods have arrived, the branch registers the delivery in the system, and the customer receives an email notification that the goods are ready for pickup. The customer then drives to the branch, picks up the package, and independently imports it into Switzerland. The DLA app serves as an information tool for customers to check when their deliveries have arrived and at which branch they can pick them up. The app is and will remain free of charge and is solely an informational platform for customers.
