About

Time a race with just your iPhone. Run the whole meet from your iPad. One app. DM Track is the timing and meet-management app for coaches, officials, and meet directors. On an iPhone it is a finish-line timer and camera. On an iPad it is the scoring table: schedule, roster, heats, timing, and results. Each works on its own, and they work together at the same meet. ON IPHONE: TIME A RACE IN FOUR TAPS • Point the phone at the finish line and tap Arm gun • The starter fires and the clock starts on its own • Tap the lane numbers as athletes cross • Tap Stop No other equipment, no network, no account. Every race is saved with its video and an audio waveform, so you can fix any time against the footage: jump to a finish, nudge it by a hundredth, add one you missed, or re-zero the start from the gun. Shoot at up to 240 fps for frame-level resolution. ON IPAD: RUN THE WHOLE MEET Create a meet in seconds from a template (High School JV / Varsity, Middle School with divisions, or sprints and relays for a practice meet). Keep athletes in teams and groups across the season, assign entries, and seed heats automatically from past marks. Arm each race, start on the gun, and record finishes as athletes cross, or point the iPad's camera at the line and let it detect crossings. Places, times, and team points update as heats finish, with field events and proper tie handling. TOGETHER AT THE MEET Add iPhones as extra camera angles for finish-line video and review. Send live results and heat information to an Apple TV. Add DM Track Booth on a Mac to run a full broadcast with graphics and replays. Start with one device and add pieces only when a bigger meet asks for them. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Times, video, and meet data stay on your device. There are no ads and no trackers. Cloud sync, for sharing a team's data across your own devices, is opt-in and off until you turn it on. Built for anyone who has ever tried to time six lanes with one thumb.

Finish-line setup you can see. A live level meter now sits under every lane of the finish grid, even in full screen with the settings closed, so you can watch each lane against the threshold while you aim the phone. When a runner crosses, the time the detector fired appears above that lane. A one-tap Calibrate button joins the full-screen controls, and your detector settings now survive relaunching the app. Intercom with the booth. The director can talk to a camera operator, page a phone with a ring and buzz, send short text prompts with a Got it reply, listen to the operator's microphone, and switch the phone to speakerphone, all without touching the phone. Better race starts. A phone standing near the starter can be the gun microphone. It learns your starter's sound, runs the detection on the phone itself, and reports the moment of the bang so the race clock starts on time rather than when the message arrives. Booth control of the phone. From the booth you can now dim the phone's display to save battery and stop a mounted phone glowing at the finish line, and turn its flashlight on at any brightness. A second booth computer can share the work, and a phone is only steered by whichever booth currently holds the cameras. Fixes. The camera view no longer freezes after rotating a locked phone, and the lane grid redraws correctly after a twist, a rotate, or returning to the screen.
