Not working
I installed this app for my small business but it’s not opening at all. It is not sending verification code to my WhatsApp. Disappointed

They are scammers. Don’t start your business with this app
The disappeared
All of a sudden their Instagram account has been deactivated after their app was malfunctioning and payments weren’t being processed correctly
Website not working
After adding cart payment process is not processing. So it’s waste of time and effort if no one can order
Poor customer care support
I tried to reach them for past 1 week, they didn’t respond over the whatsapp as well! They also keen on servicing premium user (paid page) not for hobbyist like a small business owner who wants to run a website for free ! So pathetic and horrible

Loved the basics which is helpful for small businesses.
the only glitch i found is the product description
please resolve the glitch in product description. the written part keeps on disappearing after saving and i’m unable to use any font or any option available in it.
recommendation :
please add a duplicate a product so that it saves alot of time while uploading. sometimes we have same product with different colour.
or please add text on photo
please add aspect ratio options on homepage

I was excited to use this, but when I read and tried the application, it holds the payment. Why do you need to hold the payment? That’s a big red flag I will never recommend this

Easy and convenient to use
I have a small business in Instagram and using dm2buy is so convenient. Earlier I use to take orders via DMs and now I take orders through website and its hassle free. Sometimes I face minor glitches but the customer service team always helps and solve my problems.
Best Option for Small Business who are just starting out..!!!
I have used sites like Shopify also but never have I had this level of comfort in maintaining the website. And of course most of the features are free.
And the payment charged for orders placed is also very minimal in comparison to the features offered. Will definitely recommend this app to all my other small business friends..!!

Cannot add product
Simce I have downloaded this app over a month ago, I cannot add a single product. It always says error, product creation failed. I’ve sent a complaint twice, but no response. Please look into the matter
