Terrible customer service
Despite the estimated delivery time for 1hr I received my parcel 3hrs later as the delivery man decided to take detour. He refused to answer his phone and there was no customer support. Additionally they charge more than Porter or Uber pick ups. Avoid at all costs! No accountability or customer support

Worst App and Worst Customer Service
The courier picked up my item, marked job as paid and did not deliver them for almost 6 hours up. I tried to call the courier on normal call as well as whatsapp and no calls were answered. On top of that there is no customer service after 9PM then why the app is still running after 9PM?
DO NOT use this app if you value your time, money and belongings. Extremely Angry and disappointed.

Delivery
The app is resourceless. It lets delivery people do as they wish even with a tracking map we can’t do anything when they waste time running around town doing other things than a direct delivery. It is a waste of time and energy. At this point i would have personally gone and delivered it myself.

Lama banget gilee , dari jam 11 udah 1 jam lebih driver malah muter”. gak bisa chat driver,nomor tlp driver ngak aktif, gimana coba klo org buru”. Padahal titik pengiriman ngak jauh dri rumah saya malah di bawa muter” aneh bgt dah, UDAH PALING BENER GOSEND!
