Horrible ui, you have to send your item to a bot first before you can sell (terrible idea,
makes no sense), prices higher than other markets, their exchange/trade is straight up a scam (The prices seem inflated on exchange for your items as well as the other items, this is made deliberately to confuse you so you can’t tell how much money you’re trading, literally a scam), they make you have to send all of your details photo of your id and all just to withdraw, which I didn’t have to do on other markets. 0/10, took to long to sell even at a good price just because of how dead this market is, had to send my item to a bot to sell, had a hard time withdrawing, the ui was the worst thing I’ve seen (at least on pc, the ui is mid on mobile, but probably one of the biggest reasons their site is failing), would not use again.

Terrible service.
First, my skins were stuck in trade ban for a week. Then it took almost two more weeks for them to sell, and in the end I had to lower the price just to get them sold at all.
When I tried to withdraw the money, it turned out I had to pass KYC. After completing KYC, USDT withdrawal didn’t work. On top of that, USDT withdrawal is only available from $300.
I tried withdrawing via Payoneer — it didn’t work. I tried BTC — it didn’t work either.
When BTC withdrawal wasn’t working, support suggested that I reinstall the app. That’s just ridiculous.
Later, when I logged in from a computer, I found out that withdrawal to a bank card is actually possible, but for some reason this option is not available in the mobile app.
Overall, the service is complete garbage. The whole selling process took a month, while on many other platforms the same thing can be done in just a couple of hours.
If your app has so many issues, maybe you should remove it from the App Store instead of telling users to reinstall it.

The a few times I have used this I have been less than impressed. They always take too long to get me the item. They sure are fast at vacuuming in my stuff. Then they want to putt around about getting my stuff to me…
Scam
It's an app full of scammers who apparently work with the app itself. I have screenshots where the app's support tells me that it's not responsible for the exchange made within its platform. It's crazy to lose $40 on a scammer's app. I'm going to publish monthly here in the reviews until they remove it.

Not the best
Nice app, prices similar as in other websites, but to withdraw my money - first of all I had to wait 8 days to see my balance, then KYC verify is so complicated, after KYC was sent I waited so long to know if everything with my documents are fine
Very strange platform
I used it for both buying and selling skins for a long time. After not using it for a while, I was banned for suspicious activity and then permanently banned (I didn't use it). The support team is useless and can't help, demanding bank statements and personal information. My account was likely hacked or something, as the support team is doing absolutely nothing to help solve the problem they created.

Terrible Experience – Can’t Delete My DMarket Account, Privacy Concerns
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with DMarket. I wanted to delete or deactivate my account, but they do not provide any option to do this easily through the platform.
I reached out to their customer support, and instead of helping me, they asked for sensitive personal information—including my government-issued ID, full address, and even facial recognition—just to verify access to my own account. This is unreasonable and concerning, especially when all I want to do is delete my data and walk away.
The support team was not helpful and kept repeating generic responses instead of actually resolving the issue. For a platform dealing with digital items, this lack of user control and excessive data collection is a major red flag.
I do not recommend DMarket to anyone who values privacy or expects basic customer support. Proceed with caution.

Pretty Good
Reasonable selling fees (especially with high demand items), simple but feature rich GUI, and good ways to search for items. Only problems is that it can be difficult to deposit money without having to show information (my friend had issues with it, not me) and the app doesn’t notify you when you sell an item.
