Does what it’s supposed to do.
Would be really nice if it has a method for shoe boxing receipts in the app.
Annoying starting app
Every time you start the app you have to click buttons before you can log in using Face ID. Most banking apps just recognize Face ID and automatically log you in after you log in the first time.
Needs work
This app could be much better through small changes like not having the keyboard switch back to ABC every time you enter a number for a verification code or have a select all and mark as read buttons in the notifications section.
Doesn’t keep me logged in
The app makes me log back in and enter a code whenever I switch to a different app on my phone. incredibly inconvenient
Design
Poor layout in trying to find information.
Still have no idea how to login. Site credentials won’t take.
Am I supposed to sign up again? Is it the username? The password? You’ll never know in this wonderful mess. D:

Login issues
I think I'm typing in my password correctly, but I have no way of looking at it as you type. I can't login and don't know if it's an issue with the app or I'm mistyping.

There is no money in the account until Jan 1. The employer is DMBA. You must use the employee’s information to be able to sign up.
Before leaving a bad review, try calling them to ask for help/advice.
The app looks great to me so far. I’ve been able to see messages and opt for electronic delivery of tax forms, but there’s not much we can do until next year when everything starts with the new FSA/HSA accounts.

DMBA and tech don’t go together
You might be tempted to think that the app uses your DMBA credentials, but it seems to need a new user name and password. To set that up, you need to enter an employer name, but I couldn’t find any version of the name of the Church it would accept.
Really DMBA?
Received emails from DMBA saying to download this app. Can’t even get through the login process. Why promote the app if it’s still buggy?
Can’t log in
Doesn’t recognize any of my information and trying to enter my employer is a nightmare. I work for DMC and it has no idea what I’m talking about.
Can’t log in- useless so far
The app is not recognizing my employer Brigham Young University; it says employer not recognized. Brigham Young University Idaho also does not show up even with different variations. I can’t login.
