Service is always unreachable meaning I can never use the app. Really frustrating
App is painful to use
The app has all the information you need but it doesn't remember your login or payment details. So you have to manually enter your address, email, name and payment card information every time. Really inconvenient.

no apple pay or quick payment
superb gym and staff. App lets the side down with no quick way to pay as you go. It’s a real pain to enter details over and over. should at least have Apple pay in 2023.
