Not bad. Don’t be put off by the haters.
It helps a little but as with any mental health matter, you have to put the work in yourself. If you’re expecting deep and targeted therapy from an AI app you’ll be disappointed but it’s free, gives some direction and is better than nothing!
How is it even allowed in the NHS?
I was advised to use this app after I finally gave up using AI as therapy and self-referred for talking therapy instead. You know, with a real, trained human professional. I don’t need more AI - I need a human. This is a disgrace and quite frankly, I’m shocked and disappointed that this is now a new NHS standard.

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to sign up three times over the last year. Tried multiple devices, multiple email addresses and multiple phone numbers and I never ever receive a link or text to actually let me into the app. So it’s kind of useless.
Awful
I can think of nothing worse when you need to speak with a health professional but you get sent a link to this app. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Unempathetic AI is certainly not the answer to mental health problems.
Isolating
When in a bad mental state, it’s horrible to think that the only thing you can talk to is a badly made AI. Not even a person
