I can’t talk to customer service

I’ve looked online and through the app and can’t manage to find customer services to help me with a problem. I keep getting sent in circles and can’t even talk to an automated system let alone a real person

Cancel payment sucks

There should be a certain button or system for cancelling. I should be able to cancel whenever I want rather waiting for customer care people to help me . I feel scammed after paying without any reason while I asked them to cancel and they didn't. Worthless app
