MAJOR APP REVAMP NEEDED

Honestly, This app really needs a MAJOR overhaul. If you look at competitors like PureGym or The Gym Group, their apps are miles ahead in terms of functionality and user experience. I’m genuinely surprised JD hasn’t invested more into improving this app. It feels very basic and lacks many of the features you’d expect from a leading gym chain.

Features like an activity tracker and a live gym occupancy count should be standard. Being able to see how busy the gym is at different times helps members plan their visits and avoid peak hours, making for a much better overall experience.

At the moment, the app feels very bare bones and doesn’t reflect the premium image of the gym itself. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

App is very barebones

App is very barebones and doesn’t reflect the quality of the gyms to be honest. This app URGENTLY needs a tracker of how many people are at your gym so you can see how busy it is, as someone with autism I prefer to go on off peak hours but even then sometimes its still too busy, having a count of members at the gym and an indicator saying how busy the gym is would be great. Also a gym activity section so you can see how many days of the month/week you have been to the gym to track progress.

Terrible

I couldn’t over how bad the app is. I even re-downloaded it to check if I had all the functionalities. No option to see how many people currently in the gym, no option to track how many times you’ve been, no workout videos provided, no info on equipment. All of this is available on other budget friendly gym apps including PureGym and Gymgroup. Please consider improving your app to reflect your modern gym facilities so we can use it for more than just scanning a barcode. You can’t even book classes on the apps.

Registration???

Because of a very poorly thought out app, I chose another gym. I don't have an account, I wanted to register but I had no where to go. The person who made the app is brainless.

Very bad app

Idk what to say, this app makes me stressful. It’s a shame bc gym so nice. Do smth with it!!!
