User reviews

Received login but can’t wait se app

I downloaded the app and received an email advising my user name (no password). The app will not log me in as it does not recognize my email address. FYI- no way to just join using the app screen with my email address. Send Reset password link just tells me that it doesn’t recognize my email

Great for personal training

I love the training plans I receive from my trainer!
This app helped me track and reach my fitness goals!

Response from developer

Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a nice review. We're thrilled to hear that the Halo Fitness app is helping you reach your fitness goals!

User UNFRIENDLY

So I download the app at my gym (after downloading the older now unsupported LFConnect app) and the app won’t even let me sign up. It only displays email and password fields and nothing for me to start a new account.

Searching on the web there are plenty of sites explaining why it’s so great to have Halo be part of your gym and how trainers can use it but I don’t even think the people at my gym know it exists.

I’m really not sure how this app passed any beta testing and am skeptical about how it can actually help me in any way.

The other review is not glowing either so not sure what code monkeys you have behind this app, but it might be time to feed them.

Response from developer

We're sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with Halo. Sounds like your facility is not a member of Halo Fitness Cloud. Your feedback is valuable to us and we'd be happy to hear more of your thoughts at appsupport@halo.fitness

Not good

I can log in but the app is very difficult to use. Multiple clicks needed to simply log in on equipment. It terminates some of my sessions and doesn’t for others (It logged me in for 76 hours on an elliptical). Also why doesn’t this operate on my iWatch? Seems that the greater purpose of this app is to support selling fitness plans and other activities. Needs a whole rethink in design.

Doesn't Work

Can login, send password reset, nothing happens. Clearly not supported. Shame on halo.
